Address change submitted last week of October. Rented a PO Box at the Azusa post office at the same time in October . Came back the second week of November. No mail in the PO Box. And was told by the Supervisor that our mail was not being delivered to our old address. So, we asked where is our mail? Why wasn't our mail delivered to our PO Box? After renting a PO Box and 3 address changes, still no mail being FWD to us,as of December 5th 2022. Bad service Azusa PO!!! I worked 25 years as a Postal clerk I know you can do better. If you wanted to.

I haven a package at your Azusa, CA location that has been their since March 27, 2021 according to USPS tracking. My tracking # 9400111899560379103521 My Order # 1714 Sellers Name: CutterPro - which I have emailed 5 different times, I tried calling your Azusa, CA and the phone just kept ringing. This is the way to communicate with USPS besides your fax number. "Cadillac-One"

Is there a good time to call and talk to someone about some questions? I called 4 different times this afternoon and got no answer. Is there a different or better number?

Lived in Azusa for 6 yrs and never had this happen before. At my apartment building we got a new mail person to deliver our mail and we have been noticing that all our packages are sent back to the place we purchased them from. Today I figured out why, the mail person is too lazy to go and drop off the packages to the unit number and clams it’s an incomplete address, I confronted them and on my package he was about to return to sender had my complete address and unit number on it... this is so frustrating because I called to complain and the Azusa post office never answers their dumb phone.

No one ever answers the phone. Tried multiple times on several days. There is no message box that we can leave a message to return my call. I then went to visit the post office to talk to the manager. It was a long wait because I stood in line to wait for my turn to speak to the front desk clerk. Then, waited for manager to be free from his phone calls. At the end, I forgot to ask for his business card. Now I have other questions and have to go through the whole process again. I wish they have someone responds to emails.

Need to know that two my checks for the 1st and 2nd week in Jan. this year were not delivered. I have contacted both parties and have had to Pay $30;00 to stop payment due to not delivery!!! Both mail envelopes were pick up at my house. So somewhere along the line they got lost. Due the crime rate I had to cancel the check. Other checks that I have mailed from either this post office or other ones have made it safely to the persons. Please respond and let me know what you are going to do about it! A very unhappy costumer.

Our mail is consistently being delivered to the wrong address and we are receiving other residents mail. Recently a package of ours was delivered 3 blocks away. Luckily good neighbors and turned it in to us.
