Ok the IRS said they mailed my check a week ago , the post office do not have my check. This is the second month I haven’t received my child tax credit check. The post office keep sending my check back. But the post office can’t tell me where my check is at? I so piss right now

Not sure what's going on but I don't know what time the mail comes or if they come at all. For the past 2 days we have not received any mail not even junk mail, very unusual.

Terrible. I get my neighbors mail more than my own and when I am expecting a package it says its delivered. I was home when it said It was delivered. The mailboxes are on the wall to my apartment so I know when it gets here as I get to hear them banging the boxes shut Like they're trying to break them. My neighbors have had misplaced mail so many times they're threatening the other tenants they think the mail keeps getting stolen. Looks like there isn't good management at the local post and seems like a real lack of oversight. At least three times I have found my mail on the floor beneath the boxes....

Terrible employee should not be tolerated. On 4/26/21 no less than four homes in my immediate neighborhood received the wrong mail, which by the way was delivered at 9pm. My mail was delivered to the home on my right. The mail for the home on my left was delivered to me. The mail for the home on my right was delivered to home two doors from my left. Likely there were more screw ups. my address 2341 Silver Creek Circle, Antioch CA 94509.

I had scheduled for a package to be picked up on Saturday and I left it on my front porch all day Saturday and it never got picked up and I’m trying to schedule another pick up and you can’t even speak to anybody.

On rainy days, my deliveries are always scanned at the post office, but never delivered until the next couple of days. I can never tell if my packages were stolen or just stuck at the post office until they just don't show up a week later.

whoever the mail lady is delivering mail on W. 20th St. in Antioch, She wears a scarf or a hijab , she needs to get it together and stop putting other peoples garbage mail in the wrong mailboxes.

whoever you have delivering packages on klengel street on Saturdays needs to be fired . Seriously its been 4 times now that she has delivered my packages to the wrong house , I know because I have security cameras and can see what she is carrying . She needs to get off her phone and pay attention to what she is delivering or if she is stealing packages. Either way yall need to take care of this . I get your slammed but its no exception when I order 2 items in separate boxes from a company and get shipped the same day and both say delivered and I recive one of them but not the other !! And on top of that you can't speak to anyone about this .

I'm missing several packages that we're suppose to be delivered on Thursday. The mailman forgot to lock the mailboxes back, and someone stole everyone's things. I want everything replaced

Postal carrier took out inter school mail, not the US mail, from Marsh Elementary School in Antioch. I have been calling the Tregalles Rd post office and the phone rings then hangs up on me. I called the US Postal main line and was told they do not have numbers to call the local office. That is very bad service. How will I get our school mail back?!

Yesterday I received an email that a package had been delivered by USPS and that the package had been left at the mailboxes, which are down the street on a post with other mailboxes. I went to look for my package but it was not there. Why would the mail carrier leave a package on top of the mailboxes where anybody could have taken it. Not very smart.

Yesterday we had mail for pick up in our mailbox and no one picked it up. It's 3pm and it's still has not been picked up. What is going on with our service?

I have problems with the mail from here. A $200.00 money order disappeared from the envelope it was sent in. Additionally I ordered products from online and they were tampered with. They products I received were of less quality when they arrived. I am extremely dissatisfied with the mail delivery person who refused to give me the info as to who I contact to file a complaint.

I have never had nor heard of a post office as bad as the Tregallas location. I have had many problems with this place and it seems it just continues. Twice I have had mail that never reached it's destination that caused my payments to be late. I received emails that claimed my package was delivered however when I confronted the mailman it was still in the back of his truck. But worst of all my tax REFUND CHECK was on the ground. Are incapable of performing their job or just stupid!

I find it very frustrating when you drop off a package you say it’s been delivered and you walk out and it’s not on your doorstep and it’s not nowhere else just right when it says it got dropped off your t told to do an online filing I have to get through all that nonsense it says you cannot file online claim because it wasn’t insured so what it was the US PS Antioch you gave my package to somebody else I called you immediately and you couldn’t find it

Your service to my residence has been very horrible to say the least.
Start getting the adresses right. It seems as though your postal delivery person can t read!
