I want to file a formal complaint against the mail carrier for the Sunny Ln route, I have now had 3 packages show delivered that were not in my box or the parcel box. The first one back in November was $250 worth of supplements that thankfully the company resent me, the second in February was $70.00 shoes that were supposedly put in the parcel box but when I got the key to open the parcel box the boxes were opened with no keys in them, and now I was expecting a book delivery that shows delivered on Tues May 5, it is NOT in my box nor do I have a parcel key, this is an ongoing problem with this carrier and I have spoken to neighbors who have experienced similiar problems! I am very upset that I would have to send everything to my PO Box for safety, this is rediculous, and yes I have a PO Box in Anderson as well.
