I need help, no one answers the phone. I will be out of the country for 12 weeks. I will put in a stop mail request for 30 days. I do not want my mail forwarded to Africa, what do I do about the rest of the time I’m gone?

To begin carrier walked on driveway and headed to next home and realized I had mail. They are always distracted because they are on their F phones. Today I put out brown bag with can goods and carrier took it from my porch. I went to get my dinner delivery and saw my donation sitting on the side of my yard. No body picked it up. Won’t ever leave donations for you. I will donate elsewhere.

2nd Time my package gets delivered to the wrong mailbox because lazy s#!+s dont want to walk to my door and leave the package. Always on there f n phones not paying attention to mailbox they put the mail in.. Ridiculous how much they get paid to lose people mail..

Zero stars today. I sent out a letter of complaint to bureau of civil rights which has to do with my passport as I used this particular post office in Anaheim to submit my application and paperwork. It's been since June 2, 2021 and today is Dec 21.this letter went out in November, it was returned with request for 20¢ more posting needed 2 wks later, I added another stamp which is way more than needed to have this sent. It was again returned back to me. I called post office and the manager told me I'd need to come into the post office! FOR WHAT? I ADDED the extra stamp and you still returned it back to me. Jennifer hung up on me several times and also refused to answer to any further calls with their caller ID showing my phone number.. I just called corporate and put in a formal complaint on you. Your PR is undesirable and is unwelcome to the public. If you don't like or can't handle the heat then get out of the kitchen. You stole from me by defacing my postage stamp with black marker. Jennifer, you need to either appreciate having a job and if not than please step down. We do not want nor need a bad attitude and zero smiles and unprofessionalism because you are tired.

USPS need to be sold to UPS or FedEx seems they can run this pop sickle stand better. I have a packaged that got sent back cause we have dumb asses working at the post office.

You receive too...too many complaints. The presently serviced public does not recall a time when ( being born and raised in the country <95695> the mail came on time and was delivered, rain or shine in those right hand drive Jeeps. I do not recall the lose or delay of any mail. I must remind any readers that there are individuals in control that do not seem to have the best at heart for the Postal Service as well as the serviced public. Personally, I would rather personnel time be put to sorting and delivery of mail rather than answering the phone < I have made three attempts to contact the post master this AM and went to a "dead" connection>. Keep up the best work that the new "regulations" will allow of you and keep in mind that some of us <US> do understand. "...Through Rain, or Sleet or Gloom of night..."is part of the credo but I'm quit sure that mismanagement by appointed hierarchy is one of the "obstructions" with which you are sworn to battle to complete your daily job. Continue to move forward and remember that some of us are still behind one of the best Civil Services created by this Great Country.

I am missing multiple packages that show delivered Oct 7 and the other on Oct 14th but I have yet to receive either one of them! I filled out their online "missing mail" form & all they do is literally track my package using the tracking number (which I've already done!) and tell me about information I already read myself...even though that information is INCORRECT because my packages have NOT been delivered. Something needs to change.

My business is OPEN 6am - 2am / 365 days a year - we never close. SO IF THE AMAZON OR USPS TRACKING SAYS , “ DELIVERY ATTEMPTED “ at 2:42 pm - its a lie. That is why USPS is a defunct business . I need my packages for business . DONT TAKE ON AMAZON PRIME DELIVERIES if you cant handle next day delibery . ANAHEIM BLVD

Every package this year has been delayed 3 to 4 days. Tracking information shows they have been sitting in the Anaheim post office facility. This year our mail does not arrive before 7:00 pm. What has happened to the service we had in the past?

Have not received our residential mail for 3 days! Nothing! Before that received our neighbors mail and amazon package! Last week the neighbor on the street behind me received my mail and brought it to us!! Missing important documents like renewal of drivers license. We have lived in the same house for 20 years and this it unacceptable. Went to the post office and was told that the postmaster can not speak to you!!?

Our residential mail service has been completely out of whack for two weeks now. The regular mailman has disappeared and we get trainees and subs. No mail has been received before 4 p.m. and twice last week mail arrive after 9 p.m. Twice mail has been delivered to the wrong houses. I know mail is heavy with political ads but this is not acceptable service. Today here it is 4 p.m. an not mail or mail carrier in sight.

We never get any of our supermarkets weekly ads. This is not acceptable to seniors who rely on the paper ads. My husband asked why we’re not getting them, he did not answer, so of course my husband had a comment, to lazy to deliver them and the postman’s answer was “yes”. Something wrong here.

Our normal mailman is the worst..he's on his phone more then delivering mail . We think thats why he arrives around 6 .30 HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!

in the Renaissance Community Broadway st. Anaheim CA. the mailman is not depositing the letters at the addresses of the corresponding recipient. All the residents of the community are complaining. personally I am concerned if my correspondence gets into the wrong hands. in addition my wife received her EDD check a few days ago from a neighbor who he said it was in his mailbox. also, many letters from my wife have been returned to the senders. please ask them to do professional work.
