Hello I live at 1077 Ranchito Vista Alpine CA 91901 . I would like to move my mailbox in front of my house. When we built in 78 our road was dirt. Our mailboxes were placed on the nearest paved road which was Ranchito Lane. Lately we have had mail stolen from that location, our road has been paved for many years I believe our mail would be safer in front of our house . What do I need to do to get the USPS permission to move this.

Ordered a package from a company that uses USPS for shipping. They marked my package as delivered when it was not. I was eager for the package and waited outside for it, and I saw the USPS driver put mail in my mail box then leave. I went back inside and he marked my package as delivered even though he did not deliver it.

Misdelivered mail, lost mail and now a pre-printed apology on a damaged package. No, I don't understand how packages get damaged with the volume of mail you handle. I do know that I use UPS and FedEx only to find out that they are handing off mail for the USPS to lose or damage locally.

My girlfriend and i just left this post office and i have to say i've had bad customer service but this was next level. My girlfriend was getting her picture taken for a very important legal document. And we were not shown the photos until after they were payed for. The photo was TERRIBLE. for anyone that has gotten a passport you know your photo can not be flawed. Her eyes were almost completely closed and they said that it was perfect. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!... We talked to the manager and he was extremely rude. to both of us. And made comments that left my girlfriend in tears. I would hope that this does not happen to someone else cause this was something else. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

my daughter just left the Alpine Post office on Arnold way in tears after the staff treated so badly when she expressed that she did nothing that the picture taken of her conformed to the specifications of the legal document she needed it for(not for modeling agency -which was comment made to her -not in a nice way) I called and spoke to the manager ,who was very adept at turning things around on me and accusing me of putting words in his mouth ,spoke over me and it got to the level of where I told him I thought he was very condescending and rude to me and also a bully this could have been resolved without this terrible exchange of words when my daughter first expressed that she was not happy with the picture(eyes are half closed and she looks half asleep )but the lady who took the picture would not redo without a payment and the manager did offer to retake the picture (i believe at another cost)but he refused as her eyes were puffy from crying I really hope that this complaint will be looked into and not passed overland please realize 2 sides (not just his ) to the story I am totally disgusted at my treatment from him, so i can only imagine how she felt

P.o. box: Getting other people's mail and their getting mine and this causes Bill paying problems. Tavern Rd home: 7/3/17 Delievery was placed almost in the street. Mail man was to lazy to drop off infront of house. Also neighbors getting our pacages and we're getting thiers. I do not know if this was a substitute driver becouse most of the time its delivered to our door. Really USPS this does not show any mount of professionalism at all.

For the past month and a half, I have been to the post office on 4 different occasions because my mail is not being delivered. I keep being told my mailbox in open and the mail carrier doesn't deliver it. I have checked the status of my mailbox every single day and it is closed. The mailbox next to mine was left open once this week. Not only was my mail held for numerous weeks, without my knowledge, I was never notified that my mail was being held. As a result, numerous of my bills were not paid timely and I had extra late fees to pay. Again, my mail is being held and I am receiving absolutely nothing in my box. I am disabled and should not have to keep trying to get to the post office to pick up my daily mail. I will be coming to the post office tomorrow to speak with the Post Master, and after that I will be filing a complaint with Congressman Hunter, as my rights are being violated.

"BRIAN" at the Alpine Office must have a day or two in the "CUSTOMER SERVICE" training. I asked a simple question (I wasn't rude or nasty) and the answer I received was loud, sarcastic and rude....moving my PO Box to a place I can ask a simple policy and procedure question and be treated with respect.

Getting tired of the new guy asking questions about what is in the package.
When I have pre bought the postage at my office.
You can't get the label unless you check the box for what is in the package.
He has a bad attitude
If he is at the counter I no longer want to deal with him.
Sorry I don't need his "blank"
You can fill in the blank with ever word you wish to use.
Thank You
