At 1:35pm, February 28, I called this postal office and spoke to James. The reason I called its because I have concerned regarding our mailman/woman who is assign to our Area. So, I told him about my concerned and explained to him what I'm complaining about. His responses to me sounds like he sided to our mailman and he sounds mean and sarcastic to me. I have a feeling that he would not address my concern to the messenger or to their manager regarding my complain. My concern is that if this issue would not resolve this problem would continue. I don't what this to happen again. Here is my explanation why I called and report our mail carrier.Last year, we move-in to this house one month after we bought the house. We didn't move in yet it's because we had done some renovation but we go ahead changes our address to our new house address. Every once a week we checked our mail prior the move and also it took two weeks after we bought our house the previous owner turned over our mail key there for, we could not get the mails for two weeks in result it end up that our mail box full of junk mails and mails that doesn't belong to us.
Anyway, to cut the story short, after we move in, I start picking up our mail every others day that's because we don't really have a lot of mail. Even including the junks mails out mails box wouldn't get full if you don't picked them up every other day.
With in that week that we move in, I mail out our mortgage payment into our mail box. After 2 days since I send out my mortgage mail I saw it it was still there so I still leave it there cuz I think she might forgot to take it. Then after passed 2 days I saw that my out going mail was still there so just I took it with me and went to postal drop box and dropped my mail. On the way back, I asked our neighbor to where I should send out our outgoing mail and our neighbor replied "just place it inside your mailbox and make sure the side with the stamp should be facing up next to the door" so the fallowing week I send out mail and fallow exactly what our neighbor had told me. Then I checked the next day I saw my mail still lying in our mail box. So, with in that week, I saw her our mailwoman, I approached her and told her about what happened. What she told is that, I never picked up our mail for a long time, that has full of mail inside our mail box and she doesn't know which is out going mail. Then, I acknowledge her and explain to her the situation. So, everything went well since that time not until this year and especially this month, month of February. We had two out going mail this month that was never picked up by our mailman for a week. I purposely left there to see if she would get our out going mail but she never did. The first incident happened last week that she never bother to get it even our mail box was empty from the income mails. She could not be forgotten about it it's because the size of out going mail was the box size of a small shoes and an envelope. And the second incident happened just this week, after two days, our tax mail was sitting in our mail box she never bothered to pic up our mail again. This is why I called and wrote to make complain against our mailwoman and to James the person who I spoke on the phone. This is very frustrating that your mail would not be sent out because of no reason. Those out going mails are very important not just a joke!Four times they didn't picked up my out going mail. What is going on here? What I have done to experience this type nonsense! I have lived so many places before moving here I had only experienced this type of thing one time but four times and sitting there for a week! She doesn't bother to picked up my out going mail! She must be something.I hope you'll do some necessary actions agains these two people. And I hope to hear any feedback from this matter. Thank you.
