Help me with an address please. I'm getting my Xmas cards ready to send out and I can't find the address of a buddy of mine that lives in Yuma! I lost my address book, so any help would be greatly appreciated! His name is Larry Spykstra and lives in an apartment there in Yuma! Oh and another thing, I'm in Sioux City Iowa! Thanks!

A package comes on Sat then she gives me a yellow slip to claim on Monday. On Monday she posted her 30min office hours 12-1230p. On Monday I waited 12-1230p then I left for 45min. When I returned she said I missed the 30min window. She told me I can pick up on Tues. she withheld my package 4days.

Mail person gave me the wrong key to pick up my package. The key they gave me was for another customer. Can you please give me the right key so I can get my package for 7177 E 26th Place, Yuma, AZ 85365. Thank you.

My address is 3795 W 22nd Lane, Suite 5. The mail deliverer continually puts mail in the wrong boxes. He obviously is not careful. This needs to stop.

I live in Del Valle Mobile Home Park on B Ave. Our speed limit is 10 mph. The post person (male) came through the park this morning at more than 40mph this is unacceptable and must be dealt with immediately.

I have been using this post office for over 2 years.. The employees have been professional and helpful everytime I visit. Even during Covid they have done an excellent job. I consider the postal workers here "Heros" for risking their lives delivering and processing the mail during these unsure times. I thank you and appreciate the folks at the post office.

There is a blue US mailbox on the premises of the former Circle K at the northeast corner of Araby Road and 32nd Street in Yuma. I used that mailbox for a long time to mail letters. Only fairly recently, the Circle K was demolished, and the mailbox was left behind the construction fence where the public cannot get to it. It is still behind the fence and presumably will remain there while a new building is built on that property, which might take a long time. It would be good if the USPS would move the mailbox outside the fence. There is enough room between the fence and the road. Or the mailbox could be moved across Araby Road to the other gas station.

Your telephone number does NOT answer! As soon as you "answer," I get cut off! Happened half a dozen time so far today! 2nd item: When I searched for telephone numbers for the three USPS offices in Yuma, two gave the 1-800 number, the other gave a FAX number! Your web site and telephone service need improvement!

Have a question about mail picked up. If you receive mail with no return address and no postage what happens to it. I think I had some mail that was put out and I'm sure it had no return label or postage.

On 06/09/2017 I dropped off a Hold Mail Notice with the clerk in the Post Office on 4th Ave and even told her the dates listed on the card, from 06/12/2017 to 06/17/2017 and that I would pick up my mail on the following Monday.I had a bad feeling when she took the card and tossed it onto the counter.Today.0615/2017 I arrived back in town early and I just knew she did not do her job right and I stopped at the Post Office and found 9 pieces of mail, including the Hold Mail notice CRAMMED into my mail box. This is about the 3rd or 4th time this has happened. Can someone tell the clerks that the HOLD MAIL means do not cram it into the mail box? I am reasonably sure she is a new worker because when I entered and stood in the line she would repeat over and over to each customer -welcome to the United States Post Office -Yuma AZI would bet that everyone that was in the line was sure of where they were at.If she would have merely said can I help you and the get it right that would have been plenty. Thank you,John Sherwood Until I have to place a Hold Mail Notice again.

This is more of a complaint: ok we have a regular mail man don't know his name he is great-but, who ever subs for him or is new---today my mailbox was stuffed full of mail my first thought was a magazine I didn't order that...well every pc of mail in my box was not even mine-it was my neighbors...now, mistakes happen only this is the second time...I Need a job and can read addresses--if you are hiring--I could take over this route--

Same issue as others. Line is always "busy". I need to ask about a "delivered" package that was not in my mailbox. I'm probably gonna have to drive all the way down to the post office to figure out whats going on.

Calling for the last 20 minutes. Package not picked up by carrier as scheduled yesterday. Constant busy signal. Do you take the phones off the hook? This is ridiculous!

Supervisor working on Feb 20, can not answer questions, shrugs his shoulders when asked a question concerning location and finding a package. Only told me go on line and track it.

This post office is HORRID at answering their phones. Regardless of the time and date you call, you will ALWAYS get a busy signal. Its ridiculous!!! Either get with the 21st century and put in an automated system or hire someone to answer more than one line of calls. This is absurd!
