I had a scam package situation through Amazon. I worked with Ayisha Donaldson today, and she went above and beyond to help me. She was so friendly and considerate. It was a great experience, despite the circumstances.

The most incompetent post office branch; never experienced this anywhere else...within 10 days, they lost 2 packages, after they claimed it was too oversized and that they couldn't fit it into the mailbox...? It's a bookcase, it would not fit into a mailbox. They were asked deliver it twice. I called the 800 # and they were inept. Wasted part of my life hearing them tell me that it will be delivered when they 'lost' it . I called the seller. He sent a replacement package and it was delivered somewhere besides my address. I have to now go to the branch and file 2 insurance claims on 2 packages each for $250. I have nothing to say about this operation. Where are my packages? Were they stolen? It makes me wonder... Talking with neighbors, and seeing on the internet that this specific branch has a lot of problems with missing packages, some including Medications!! Please don't patronize this branch ever. Please go a little further and go to the one off Pima and Via Ventura. They are the best!

My postal carrier, David Bennemon, was very volatile and aggressive toward me today. I am a small 58-year-old female and he is a very large man. His extreme anger toward me has made me very scared for my safetyand the safety of my family and pets. Is there a way I can be assured that I and my loved ones are safe? I am willing to apologize to him if I was rude in any way. I am just very scared about the level of hostility he has toward me. It needs to be descalated somehow. It is more important for me to have peace with others than to be "right." Sincerely, Rebecca Evans

Great, sent a package from the Airpark PO from Scottdale to Phoenix and they directed it to Vermont instead....nice going folks! No wonder the PO loses money every year.

We understand that the US Postal Service is an essential service. We have been unable to lock our postal box for almost two weeks and were told it would be fixed and yet to date it hasn't. We are expecting our mail and medications to be delivered and know that it will not be left in an unlocked box. We have spoken to two postal supervisors with no results.

I was given the local telephone number to this post office by the post office in DC - 480-483-1299 - to contact the "Delivery Supervisor" while they investigate my complaint as well. I have called daily for one week and at various hours, but the phone rings and rings and nobody will answer. I even wrote a note and faxed it, requesting someone please call me, and nothing. Seems our federal government employees could care less about customer service at this location. Very Sad!

I cannot believe that the neighborhood mailbox is "broken" and there has been NO sign posted for us to know this. The mailboxes open from the front, so for the last 5 days I have been surprised to find an empty mailbox. Today I saw the mailtruck drive by so followed him. He told me that the BACK of the box is broken. I asked him why no sign was posted. No answer. It's quite obvious that noone at that post office cares about their clients or there would be a procedure for this. If you want people to continue to use usps you're going to need to step up. It's really no wonder that people try NOT to use usps.

Some Postal Official HAS to do something about this post office! I get neighbors' mail at least once a week and my neighbors get mine. One neighbor brought over to my house a letter addressed to me but delivered to him and the contents included a $25K business check. I told some neighbors we should have a weekly happy hour to exchange our mail!

After 4 weeks we still do not get our mail forwarded from Scottsdale Airpark Post Office.....my friend forwarded his from WIsconsin at the same time and it arrived within a week. You cannot call 480-483-1229....for 12 years, it rings off the hook and other post offices on the receiving end try to help and say they have never dealt with such an incompetent post office.....My mail people say the same thing and quit after working there.

The Scottsdale Airpark Post Office is the worst run office in the state. Phone calls are NEVER answered. I have lived at this address since July 11, 2009, my mail from the City of Phoenix Water, Harley Davidson and IRS (tax refund) all have been returned each and every month since April 2018, being marked as undeliverable. I have spoken every month to each of these entities to verify my address which has been correct. The last two months I have had my mail held, thinking this would solve the problem of returning the mail but alas it has not. I have spoken to Mark, Josh and most recently this week Nicole none of them have an answer nor a possible solution to my dilemma. All of them have a blank stare on their faces as if an empty shell of a human with no thought process. So we are in August and still no tax refund! It was returned again August 27, 2018. This cycle of stupidity is entirely too much to deal with. I am mentally exhausted and will be filing a formal complaint with the USPS, BBB.

I live in a condo complex (Cachet zip code 85260). It is a nightmare getting first class mail. In April I didn't get my APS bill nor my AMEX bill. Who knows what else didn't arrive. When I complained at Evans post office, nothing was done. There should be a follow up. Aggrevated!

The Scottsdale Post Office is run by a bunch of incompetent illiterate idiots. What do you expect from the state with the 49th worst public school system.
