Postal Locations

Good afternoon, I am inquiring about my PO Box. Last week I have a letter that was return to sender(funeral info), and wasn't able to attend because I didn't receive that letter with an address to service. I was worrying if someone working there wrote that, or it might have been my friend who I let her use my box. Her name is Rosaline Begay. I would like to remove from having access to my box, her and I are not on speaking terms. I believe she is the one that wrote "Return to Sender" on that letter I was waiting for. She is interfering with the delivery of my mail. I will pay my bill online and would like to come in on Saturday to have my box re-issue a new key.
