Let's keep in mind people these hard working employees are pretty much bringing everything to your doorstep through every element from the cold of the east coast, the heat of the west and everything in between. Accidents happen no one is 100% perfect at there jobs and be sure these mistakes are not intentional or personal. Maybe reacting to something you're not sure of ("l can never get through on the phone") you should thank the next postal employee you come in contact with. This is just to inform you your service has been terrible, yes you delivered mail for 22 years for us without a hitch, but when there was a hitch, you didn't inform us our mail had been stopped due to a neighbors dog by the mailbox. I had to contact animal control, no one else did for 2 weeks, and they told me they are enacting a leash law on the dogs that threatened the mail carrier. When that would be, I don't know the animal service said they cant contact the post office to give their authority, If it will happen is another story as we can't trust anything with a non compliant government to the constitution.

Somebody opened up a P.O. Box in my name with this Post Office. I want to know is it still open and how was they able to do this when 2 forms of I.D. is required.

I have gone down to the post office and talked to two different “supervisors” about why my mail is not being delivered to my house. On each occasion they have “promised” to fix the issue and stated that my mail will be delivered. However, here i am not getting my damm mail delivered because they can’t simply get it together. This location needs new management or something because they can’t seem to get anything right. It is complete BS that now I have to go redo all my issues with the MVD because the post office has failed to deliver my mail and have lost both my driver license and my car plates. Very very poor service !! And I’ve seen comments I am not the only one experiencing these kinds of issues !

I was expecting a package delivery today. I was monitoring the delivery updates the delivery person drove right past my home and did not give my package but reported a exception that I request it not to be delivered. THIS IS A LIE. YOU LIE. YOU ARE A LIER GET MY PACKAGE TO ME NOW UNDERSTAND WHAT “NOW MEANS”

I sent a package to my son Priority Mail and they advertise in the unlikely event it gets lost- well the carrier lost my package! No one seems to have to be accountable for what is put on their trucks! I tried calling and it’s always busy! Not very good representation of the USPS service!!

Can't get through. Phone is ALWAYS fast busy! Mailbox keys, which I paid $80 for, DO NOT WORK!

I have been receiving mail to other people at my new address. I may have been issued the wrong key, however, I have gotten my mail too. I have been trying to contact the Maryvale post office.

I keep getting my neighbors mail, and like a good neighbor I’ll take the mail over to my neighbor and put it in their mailbox. Last week I got the mail from a neighbor down the street, I put it back out for the mail delivery person to get it and deliver it to the right address. They just ignored it and it took two days before they actually picked it up. My house number is clearly on the sidewalk and on the mailbox. I’m wondering where does my mail go? My mail person is on the phone when she does her route, I have passed her when I’m out walking and she’s always on the phone. Obviously she can not multitask cause while she is on the phone she doesn’t pay attention to the house numbers. I

I am mad as hell why was my check returned to sender as un deliverable when I have lived at the same address for over 40 years is it because the mail carrier is to busy to look at the address are just to lazy. I have left mail in my mail box that was left at the wrong address a lot of times lately, and the mail carrier on Monday will not pick it up they just put it back in my mail box. when will we ever get a permeant mail carrier I am tired of this if they cant get it right fire them and git someone that can. It is not that hard to check an address. I will be calling you.

Today, March 20, 2081 and a few times this year we have been getting the mail of our neighbors on either side of us. Our house number (6523) is clearly labels on the front of our home and stenciled on the drive curb. We live in Maryvale on West Roma Ave between North 67th Ave and Campbell Ave behind the Holiday Park Secondary School. However, we have been getting mail for either 6515 or 6525 West Roma Ave. I would hate to thing what would happen if any of us were not at home for long period of time because some mail is very time-critical

Always losing packages. State they put them in your mailbox and is not true. Manager Steve is no help!

I moved into apartment why do i have to pay for a mail box key .can i talk to somebody to wave fee i have no money

For zip code 85043 I have not received a bill for the second time. They don’t answer their phone so I am posting a comment. Their mail system needs attention and their mail carrier needs to be more diligent in performing their job. My phone bill was due 13 October and I receive my bill after the 17th of October. Luckily I notice before we went out of the country and paid it, but if I had not noticed there is a good chance our phones would have been shut off while on vacation. USPS needs to make their employees more aware of the impact their errors have on people’s lives. Twice we have been delivered packages for a house on the other side of the main crossroad. Please Maryvale, AZ post office make sure your employees are paying attention. Slow down and make sure it is done right.

IPads, tablets, iPhone, android phones, $1000s of dollars worth of samples packages delivered to some random down the street for over a year. Can I sue?

My mail is being returned. I have lived here over 40 years. I can't believe no one answers th phone. From the other remarks this is a continuing problem.

Tracking number says the package was delivered in at mailbox. It wasn't !! Last time this happened I had to reorder, pay full price for the item, and pay for reshipment.

Why do you list a Phone Number No One Answers? I've tried calling for two days now and let it ring until it times out. Why does your postal worker not pickup mail if you don't have mail being delivered? YES, after I chased him down with my bills in hand, that was his excuse!

Their phone is always ringing busy. Packages are getting delivered to the wrong addresses and mail runs at a different time when we have a sub mailman. I have tracked down the maillady to hand her some mail that was in my box and was for another address and she she I did not have to do that, just put it in the out going mail and it will be returned to the post office. When our normal mailman delivers it is here on time and correct. Why is it that we can not get this from all mail employee's and why is the number always busy.

so I was suppose to receive a package last Monday said it was delivered and never was coming to find out they gave my package to some one else now that perso n has my package also kept it they said they left letters in there mail box but i really don't believe that now I'm dealing with the place I order from n now the post office I don't get why you guys don't check first if the person is the right person your putting the mail to I always get other peoples mail I don't recommend this post office at all it is such a big deal and there phone is always busy till finally I got a number to call the manager and there not a big help waited for there call never called me back when they said they would I had to call them ugh all I want is my correct mail in my mail box I hate this post office

No one answers the phone. The line is always busy. They lost two of my packages that I paid a lot of money for. Not sure what else to do at this point.

My prescriptions (medicine) were left ON the mailbox - not left at door or didn't ring doorbell to deliver. We stopped her on reverse side of street, and she said it was her first day. What? Our neighbor had another neighbor's mail in his box today, too. Anyone could have stolen the meds, due to the incompetency of this deliverer. We have had a check stolen from our box and attempted to change and cash before. We have a locked box and still get the postmen leaving mail sticking OUT of the box. We tried to call, but no one ever answers the phone. Are they all dummies working at the Maryvale P.O. in Phoenix? Please train this people - it isn't a hard job to deliver and drive!!

They don't answer their phone.... ever, they don't even have a waiting line. I filed a complaint with USPS about this location- will it do anything? I don't know. I guess we'll see.
