I had a box shipped to myself at my sister’s house in Payson. You people returned it to sender because you didn’t recognize my name. It should have been delivered to the address on the box. So now you’ve cost me double shipping costs. I’ll be there this week for my brother-in-law’s funeral. I am livid since you wouldn’t deliver to the address on the box. My sister was waiting for the box to arrive. You didn’t even verify with her before sending it back.
Who is the mail carrier who delivers mail in the W Ranch, she will not drop off a package to the lock boxes if the name dosn't match the name on your mail box??????? BUT, she will put mail in your box from the last owners with the wrong name. She is one of the RUDEST people you will ever meet. She delivers mail by the name, not the address. I sure hope her managers read these reviews. She will tell you to your face. IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, I WILL STOP DELIVERING YOUR MAIL AND YOU CAN PICK IT UP FROM THE POST OFFICE!!!!!!!
To the hag who delivers mail in star valley AZ, you are a terrible person who lies about delivery attempts because I was outside at the time you claimed you tried to deliver my package, which was a gift for my son who leaves the country in the morning. Get your head out of your bum, oh and next time you throw a breakable package in my driveway I will bring the video coverage to the post office and hopefully have you fired.

I wanna know why every freakin letter I send out of Payson Az and every freakin letter sent to me is extremely late to their destination? I'm pissed! There's no freakin excuse when the rest of america is making post on time! What are the workers doing that makes it impossible to uphold thru snow rain and sleet to get items delivered?!I mailed my grandson his gift last week to get it to Colorado by today but its not there yet! Mailed a letter on 2/3/15. Letter had a check enclosed. Letter was POSTMARKED 2/10/15. It laid in post office for 1WEEK. Had to stop payment at my cost. NOW my visa payment has not been received from Payson to Calif And it was mailed 2/28/15. Today is March 10.
