Unbelievably poor actually, is not even poor poor would be a great review. Your customer service is nonexistent. Have no pride whatsoever as the United States post office.

I want to complement carrier Edwin Strathmann route 554 for his continuous excellent job he does. He cares for his citizens and goes out of his way to complete his duties. He is the example of an efficient friendly USPS employee. He has been doing this the entire 11 years(?) he has been on our route. Falcon Field station is lucky to have Edwin.

Around May 3rd I met our delivery person at my mail box and told her I had put in a change of address previously. She put a Post Office notice in my box saying no one would be home at the address. I am still getting IMPORTANT mail at the box and fortunately my neighbor checked and found it. PLEASE tell your post office people that they should check the boxes instead of just throwing mail in on top of the Post Offce notice. IMPORTANT MAIL!!!!!

Phone number posted on web site http://www.postallocations.com/az/mesa/mesa-falcon-field has no answer June 2019. Phone rang continuously for four minutes and then switched to a "busy signal". Calling the 800 # resulted in message "due to system .Then got a circular system of messages about choices. Finally reached option to speak to an agent and told it would 17 to 20 minute hold. I waited 38 minutes for a live person. The agent claimed the Falcon Field phone line must have had trouble. HumBug!!! He indicated I should contact the local post office.

Why is the Falcon Field landscaping so overgrown with weeds. It is an eye sore! Plus several weeks ago in one of our storms there are tree branches that are blocking the roadway in parking lot? They had to put up traffic cones! Such a nice PO and area however the landscaping is TERRIBLE and has been for months!!

I opted in for email confirmation of my mail, I had scheduled mail for the beginning of the week and they delivered my spam mail but my tax return check is mysteriously missing. I called and no one ever picks up at this post office, this is the second time my mail goes missing. The postal service will hire just about anyone and seems like they all hate their jobs, every time I go in they were always super rude!! Now I have to file a police report for my stolen mail.

Tracking of two packages says they were delivered on September 20th. Didn't show up until the 22nd! Called the police and they sure didn't make me feel good. I was embarrassed. NOW my landlord hasn't received my rent! It's been 8 days!!!!!! Get new management!

Our new postal lady at Venture Out in Mesa, AZ (Higley and Main) spends her whole time here talking on her cell phone and doesn't get the mail out on time. It is annoying to walk in and hear her talking about apps she found to add to her cell phone and personal calls. Just an FYI

I have never had so much trouble getting my mail or packages as I do from this specific post office! I have opened cases for packages that were "lost" and have not heard from anyone. If you try to call the location, they just let the phone ring and ignore it. I've seen this first hand and a few occasions. I suggest calling the toll free # if you want anything taken care of. Super frustrating!!

I am on hospice for which I am sure the mail carrier knows by now, seeing my mail, seeing the hospice staff gets it 1x/week. Seems all the sudden the mailbox at the apt's was ajar about 3mm and she decided to leave a note that it was" insecure" and NO Mail would be delivered here until fixed. She also told the landlord that she saw ME trying to "rip several doors off"-really? Wish I had that kind of strength. I think the last time I got the mail was 3 months ago. They wont let a friend with a signed note pick up what mail is at the post office. I have to go and get it,lovely-down 2 flights of stairs?! I hope they are one of the post offices that close!!!!!! We'll find out her name....

I've always wondered WHAT IS WRONG with the POST OFFICE and workers at Falcon Field. They're all miserable, angry, suspicious, depressed, and the most unhelpful, unhappy human beings. In the movie "Clerks" the worker says, "I would love this job if it weren't for the customers!" Here, the workers don't like ANY part of their job. Packages are not tracked for days, are lost, mis-delivered to the same wrong address over and over, mail is never picked up at the posted times, nasty notes are left when you don't pick up a package for which you've never been given a pick up slip. I've seen the mail truck pick up mail from a blue drop box in my neighborhood two hours early (the only pick-up of the day). I've been scolded and reprimanded MANY times by these people for putting a small bubble envelope in the letter chute (I don't want it smashed by a 15 pound package in the package drop box), treated like a two year old for giving the clerk a package with pre-paid postage instead of standing in line for 20 minutes to give it to them. That's the point of PRE-PAID postage. No lines. Someone explain it to them. Don't mail anything from this branch if it is a) valuable, b) time-sensitive (like a tax return, or christmas gift), c) needs to be tracked and received in 2-4 days.

I signed up for email and text notifications. Don't ask a postal employee about this, most of them don't know its offered. This too is a joke. I got both email and text saying I had mail today and as of 12 noon NOTHING. The system doesn't work. Sometimes I get NO Notification and I have mail! One big dysfunctional mess!

The most incompetent and dysfunctional Post Office in MesaTake the signs down in the lobby that say "PO Box Mail delivered by 10:30AM"
It NEVER happens! I stood around waiting for 45 minutes for my mail. I left in disgust and without my mail.Tracking
numbers are a JOKE! A waste of money. I had a package sit static for 5
days and when I filed a report the post office I mailed it from called
me to tell me there is nothing they can do! Absolute stupidity!!
The
tracking showed the last location, wouldn't you start from there? why
send it to a postal employee idiot in the sending post office?? DONT
WASTE YOUR MONEY!!The machine in the lobby malfunctions all the time,
it doesn't spit out your postage, this happened to me on a Saturday and
of course no one around to help. This has been reported multiple times and is still happening.NONE
of the employees know what the policies or procedures are. This was
demonstrated by 3 employees I spoke to about a problem and I got 3
different explanations. There is no training on these issues. My PO Box
is up for renewal, I don't think I am going to renew. TOO MANY PROBLEMS
AND NO SOLUTIONS!!!!!!

I LEFT 2 LARGE SIGNS REFUSING A SPECIFIC ONE TIME REFUSAL OF AN AMAZON PARCEL ON SATURDAY 8 MARCH. THE CARRIER IGNORED THE SIGNS DID NOT KNOCK ON DOOR NOR RING BELL TO CONFIRM REFUSAL AND LEFT THE PARCEL WITHOUT READING THE SIGNS. TODAY 10 MARCH THE MALE CARRIER REFUSED TO READ THE 2 NOTES ON THE MAILBOX NOR IN MY MAIL SLOT #9. I AM OUTRAGED THEY REFUSED MY INSTRUCTION AND I DEMAND AN APOLOGY FROM THE MANAGER AND THE CARRIER WITHIN 24 HOURS.
