I been trying to get ahold of this post office without having to personally drive over there since that's the point right,- via telephone. Yet the phone or contact number listed won't allow you to speak to any representative. Where is the contact to actually speak to an agent or representative from the post office? I suppose I just have to go out of my way to drive OVER there because I couldn't attain any information or be updated on my mail. BIG THANKS.
It is like every other government agency. Don't call us, we'll call you - when we need to. Sometimes, if you have the right number, and if you call enough or stay on hold long enough, you can get through. This is why the USPS should no longer exist.

If the mail is going down the tubes, you should be receiving a lot of mail down there.

we have not received any mail on Saturday 11/23 and now again today 11/25, when my husband went to the PO this AM they said it was because they were short handed.....WHAT? I thought other postal workers in Mesa picked up the slack? What is going on?
Ultimately the boss is responsible and since you say they work for you, I suggest you take it up with yourself.

Any reason we did not receive mail on Saturday May 11th? A lot of people on our street had bags of food out but no mail person stopped by ... Most of them are out again today. ??? If picking up food is an issue don't advertise for us to put it out.
