Calling is a joke. Cant talk to anyone.. My package was forwarded to a different address. Package had correct address no reason for this to happen. Carrier knows where he dropped it. Go get it back. When calling the PO it transfers to a Annex and no body answers. No wonder the PO is losing money.

Can not reach anyone by phone, 800 number is a joke, USPO says my package was delivered on Monday the 12th, I have not received it and cannot get anyone on the phone to help!

Icing on the cake today with this office... box marked with large FRAGILE sticker on it... your deliver person THREW it on my porch - ran the bell and ran. Outstanding job. In addition, your mail person speeds through the neighborhoods daily, screws up mail consistently, and you have yet to replace broken locks and vandalized boxes at residential mail pick up sites. I call, but for the past YEAR - no one answers the phone. I go in person, worst incompetent staff running the office. I suppose it's time to turn this in to the USPS Office of the Inspector General. I have video and pictures for them.

I sent a package through Priority Select Ground and used your 12x12x8 box & had the correct weight. My package was changed to Priority mail and was charged $4.57 extra. I am confused as to why it was changed and why to a higher shipping and not staying with ground. I called Pirate Ship who was no help, I called USPS who didn't help and my local post office 15 times with no answer and it hung up on me. I need to know why this happened so I don't have it happen again and would prefer not to drive 20 minutes into town to find out why. Can you help me??

They can’t assist anyone and never answer their phones. One of the most incompetent group of workers in a post office I have ever seen. Refuse to help locate a package until it’s too late and they have destroyed it their words or sent it back.

This PO allows Jean Reid Romick to send over 41 postcards that threatened me, verbally abused me, and stalked me for several months. She never signed them, she continues to send them - I had a protective order against her and when it expired, she started again. I reported her to the Postal Service and nothing changed. I have asked everyone and filed all paperwork to keep her from sending these from this post office, but no one stops her. They are on my list of court filing SOON.

USPS tracking states my package was delivered to mailbox on May 8th at 10:19 am however nothing was in my mailbox and there was no key for the larger box. This is very common in my city and the Post Office does not appear to care.

Third complaint. This one involves a package that was supposedly delivered April 5. I had a key in my box that had a package in it to someone else which I delivered to them personally. Now I have not received my package. I am so frustrated with delivery here, loss of mail, etc.

I’ve been trying to call to get a person on the phone for over 3 weeks, everyday that they are open ad the line is busy! Literally I call right when they open and all day in between! Seriously frustrating because I need to speak with someone about my mail. I’m out of town and can NOT just go to the post office. Ridiculous. The people are nice that work there but answer the phone!!!!

This is the worst post office for customer service. I have had nothing but problems.. First off this is the same post office that serviced 1000 residents back in 2000. USPS wake up its 2019 and the population has grown to 52,000... you can't provided services to the residents of Maricopa, Az if you are stuck in the past. # 2 when I first moved here I had the pleasure of meeting one of the postal staff member's and when I asked why this post office does not open on Saturday for even a portion of the day, This employee told me that The USPS in Maricopa "DOSENT NEED OUR REVENUE!!!! and WHO WANTS TO BE HERE LONGER THEN THEY HAVE TOO!!" They even told me maybe I should use another post office in another town.. Ok so the USPS doesn't need our revenue then why are prices being raised in January 2019?? I say in this economy they should be happy to have a job. #3 I have mailed packages from this post office and can say only once has any of my packages arrived as per paid for and promised on my receipt. #4 During the holidays the line for the post office goes out the back door and into the parking lot, because they only have three stations and only two are operational. Oh here's a thought with all the revenue pouring out of their pockets they could enlarge or perhaps build a new post office that can handle todays population.. Maybe they could teach their staff to be thoughtful and place a sign saying "We are out of CHRISTMAS STAMPS instead of letting people stand in line for 45 mins and tell them at the counter. #5 Teach postal employees to do the right thing. Its their job to mail packages/letters not throw them to the side because its Friday and WHO WANTS TO BE HERE LONGER THAN WE HAVE TOO!! My Certified letter is still missing Mailed Dec 14 at 958am according to tracking # it was received by Maricopa Monday the 17th when it should have been delivered to the addressee on Monday the 17th, I paid for a service that was not provide no wonder Maricopa's Post office DOSENT NEED OUR REVENUE, because they are stealing from us and not providing services paid for.. I called the Maricopa post office surprise, surprise no one answered the phone. So down I go to the post office to stand in line for 30 mins to be told that because I opened and investigation into the location of this lost article of certified mail that they could not or would not be able to help me. I never opened an investigation, I never spoke with anyone from post office was on hold for one hour and seven mins till my phone battery died and that is why I'm here in person. I asked postal employee who the Post Master was, they couldn't even tell me their boss full name. REALLY!!! Its no wonder our President wants to get ride of the USPS and I for one would be fully support this... Wake up Maricopa Postal staff you work for a community.. I do know for sure that I will never use the post office in Maricopa again..

I love (almost) everyone at that post office. There is a good atmosphere, good humor and lots of personal touches. It's like a mom and pop store. And! Theyre helpful on the phone.

I've read the reviews and was somewhat surprised with my first experiences at this location. The customer service was fantastic, the people were friendly and helpful. Since I was new to Arizona I was trying to figure everything out and they did just that. Not one but two employees went out of their way to tell me "welcome to Maricopa" 5 star all the way!!

Went to my mail box and had the key to open the package box. The key stuck and wouldn't open it. I figured they would reinsert the key in my box. Next day no key. My husband found our mailperson and told him what happened (deer in the headlights look) and he nodded. Still no key. I called the Post Office, but they never answer their phone! So my package probably went back to the sender. ERRRRRRRR No here on the 3rd day I have to go to the physical post office to see what we do now.

My priority package shipped from Wisconsin to Queen Creek, AZ was for some reason routed to and received at Maricopa, AZ post office at 4:56 am on Thursday, December 14, 2017. My tracking information stated delivery by 8pm that same day. As of Saturday, December 16th, the package has still not arrived. It's pretty sad when I told my 8-year old nephew the package would be arriving before he went to bed and it's still not there. My receipt states priority mail 2-day, but I learned that unless you ship priority express there is no reimbursement. It's even sadder that I have a tracking number and I cannot get any information on the where abouts of this package.

We currently live at 19697 N. Heron Ct. Maricopa Az 85138. We had now 2 different late or missing bills from our local water company, Global Water Resources. These late deliveries have resulted in threatening Late Notices of disconnection by our water company. We have looked into the issue with Global Water and they indicate the bills were mailed to the appropriate mailing address. We live in a gated community and have a contract delivery mail carrier; this particular deliver has been discussed around our particular neighborhood. They are continuously delivering the mail to the wrong addresses of not delivering the mail at all. I tried to discuss this issue with your rotary phone messaging system with NO success. We would expect this problem to be resolved ASAP.

Service is so poor i'm literally going to try to never use the service again intentionally. Maricopa office rings 40+ times without answer. 800 number always has a 45 minute wait and all they will do is give canned answers or call them and get through right away.
