I was expecting an important letter. The sender did not include the first number of my address. USPS was able to figure out where to deliver the letter and on time. Job Well Done

I have called the local post office about 20 times, no body ever answers the phone. I called the 800 number for USPS, all I get is a recorded voice that doesn't know how to connect me to a live person. No wonder the USPS is failing and going bankrupt

Several times my post officer has said he came by and no one was home for a package. I have missed work knowing it was supposed to be delivered, there is no note and he never attempts. It’s incredibly lazy and ridiculous. I’m in Gilbert 85234. NEVER have this issue with my company mail in East Mesa, Gilbert should take some tips and actually deliver packages, that’s literally the job!

I mailed my daughter's and grandkids' Xmas gifts on 12/14/2020 using 2-Day Priority shipping. Here it is 12/31/2020 and still no gifts. According to the tracking information on-line "Your item is being held at the GILBERT, AZ 85234 post office at 9:35 am on December 26, 2020. This is at the request of the customer." which is not true!! No one told them to hold it. Worse yet, when my daughter attempted to pick it up at the Post Office, a VERY rude worker said "It's not here!! It's at our warehouse!" She has been trying to get the package ever since and no one is helping!!!
