I arrived at the post office at 4:30 PM and walked in as it appeared to be still open. There was only one other customer who had stepped back away from the counter to complete something as the male clerk waited. A female clerk shouted at me they were closed. I approached the male clerk to ask a question and he was polite and helpful. The female clerk was rude. The male clerk would have helped me mail a letter while waiting for other customer but the female clerk would not allow. Disappointed with customer service received from female clerk.

Liars and thieves. Open your mail. Deliver late. Harassing me and my wife and accusing us of false accusations. Launching formal complaints against post master and carrier. Constant harrasment.

I live in The Bright Star Community in Chino Valley. We had a wonderful mail person, Candy. She left and the current person is having serious problems getting my mail to me. I have had 20 pieces of mail delivered to other residents. I even had a box that went to someone on the last street. I have also received several pieces of other residents mail within our community. The last error was a tax document and our gas bill. I tried to call the post office and I always get a recording, “ We’re not available, please call back.” I can’t leave a message. This mail deliverer needs help. One lady told me she tried to talk to her and was screamed at. You need to make sure she has enough time to deliver the mail to the correct mail box. I have never had an issue when I went into the Post Office. I received excellent customer service. You do need to do something about the current mail deliverer. Go out with her and provide some additional training. I don’t want to see anyone lose their job. She definitely needs help. I would have liked to discussed this with you over the phone but you need to answer the phone.

I agree they are very rude here at the Chino Valley location. They little old lady to tears because of a package sent with a stamps.com shipping label that had tracking information on, which they felt was disallowed by USPS rules. However, stamps.com has special rates and provisions which allows such. The individual's name was Josh Farmer and we was arrogant with several of our ministers actually screaming at them and utilizing poor etiquette. We as a Church are appalled.

I hate this post office! The people in there are simply rude. They constantly loose my mail and give me foul excuses! The post service has become a sad parodie of what it once was. If you can avoid using their services, especially when shipping over seas please do so! They once more lost a customer, not just because they messed up (repeatedly) but because they wont even own their mistake and try to solve the problem.
