The clerks behind the desk are awesome! They give wonderful service! They are very knowledgeable, and are always willing to assist you with whatever you need in a friendly and professional manner. Jorge, Kenny, and Daniel are some of the great front desk clerks with whom I work with every week when I go in to mail off packages. I have the opportunity to go to other post offices, but I will only go to this one because of the great staff!

Absolutely terrible service. We show mail in our USPS Dashboard that never got delivered to us on Saturday 12/26/20. Of course, one was a check. Then, we were notified by Ebay and confirmed with Tracking that a birthday gift was delivered to a parcel locker this Saturday, 1/2/21. However, the key we were given opened a different parcel locker. We took that person's parcel to their house. My next door neighbor often brings our mail over. What is going on? I delivered mail in Phoenix for over 30 years so I know it is not easy but this is negligent.

It has been a comedy of errors. I live in a townhouse complex in Chandler and I have a community mailbox. The postman left a key so that I could retrieve a package from a lockbox, only to find that the lockbox had already been opened and that my package was gone! To make matters worse, the key that opened up the lockbox wasn't even the corresponding key to that box. So, how was that key able to open that lockbox? I have no idea where my package is (it is prescription medication to make matters worse). Trying to call Andersen Springs station and I keep getting a phone that rings and rings. How am I able to get my issue resolved if no one answers the phone? Poor customer service. And to make matters worse, these reviews are not read by postal employees. Kind of defeats the purpose. If you are not going to answer the phone, at least read these reviews and see if you can help the customer out!

AMAZING! We sent out a box from the west coast to Chandler AZ and Brad [Postmaster] was so helpful. He took out his time and energy to help us track a package that was lost/undilverable and not only FOUND it but actually had it delivered in by another Post Office, nearby. It was a miracle! It was Mr. Brad who made that miracle happen! If it wasn't for our Post office people, we would be stuck from having our bills paid, or in touch with loved ones, and keeping businesses up and running. Think about how hard ALL of our Postal People work, if it wasn't for them, our lives could be utterly miserable at times, but... they ensure our happiness in so many ways!

I have been attempting to contact the Anderson Springs Post Office in Chandler for the last week with no success. Their phone continues to ring busy. I have lived in the same house for 24 years and have discovered that much of my mail is being returned to sender. Need some help to get my mail delivered. This is the second time this has happened, the last time was a little over a year ago. Please Help!

Chris, I have been calling for two days and again, no answer. The phone just rings and rings. I did catch someone on the first day that I called but they have not called me back, even though I gave them my cell phone to follow up with me. There doesn't seem to be a commitment to resolve customers' problems. Disappointing.

Phone not answered between 1-1:10, then answered and put on hold by a man who only said hello can you hold. No hold music. On hold 10 minutes. Hung up. Called back. No answer.

The person who helped me was very rude and of no help. I asked for some flat rate large size boxes which would be a larger size than the one I was holding to send, and he kept insisting that they were on the shelf and he pointed where they were. I told him that I checked there and there were not any boxes the size I needed. He insisted rudely that they were there and refused to get me any. Then he said I would have to pay $5 more for the box I had ready to send because it was a box I got the year before. It was identical to the box on the shelf and the exact same size. For a box that I should have had to pay a little over $6 he charged me $12. The box was 11 7/8 by 3 3/8 inches. After spending an hour in line I espected a lot better service than I got.
