The post office on Superstition is the worst ever! I have never once walked into that location and not found a line that goes all the way to the entrace. They need to hire more people as my time is worth something. I have better things to do than stand there waiting to pick up a letter they could have dam well redelivered but declined to do so. I had to wait almost a freaking hour before getting service. God awful

I just got off the phone with Cindy at the Apache Junction Post Office, and she was very pleasant and helpful In helping me solve my problem of not receive my newspapers in several weeks. She will speak to Ernie and see what is going on. She was pleasant, not rude, took her time, etc.She seemed to be able to take her time with this situation.

When I checked my mail at 1700 hrs today, 12-1-2021, I noticed that the door on one of the units was open. Not just a residence box, but the whole entire panel with multiple mail doors, was open and it would allow for complete access to everyones mail on that pedistal.

I would like to thank the postal workers at the Apache Junction post office and throughout the United States for the outstanding work you do for the American public. I have always had positive interactions with the employees of the post offices I have visited and conversations over the telephone when asking for help. The postal workers have been friendly, courteous, and professional when interacting with me. Thank you!!!!

Several packages haven't been delivered. Very upset but *$#+# +@$* now. One was opened by someone and taped back. That's a federal offence and I want it looked into. Or I'm pressing charges for mail theft/ invasion of privacy, destruction of personal property, violation of rights by United Postal Service and everything else I can sue and compensate for. Someone needs to contact my email to resolve this issue.

I am puzzled, I am trying to figure out how it's possible for the phone to be busy at 7:10 at night...I have been calling the number every few minutes since before 3:00 this afternoon....could it be that it's on "do not disturb" or disabled in some other way so they aren't bothered by customers calling? Hmmmm....I wonder...
