I get that it is the holidays and they are busy but to not ever answer the phone! Recorded message says stay on the line for next available agent and then immediately, without pause goes straight to being routed to an operator or so it says but it just rings and rings and rings until you get another recording obviously intended for postal workers to input some number and then hangs up on you. When you are waiting for something to be delivered to you that is long past due and find out from source it was mailed to the wrong address and you are attempting to track it down, you really need to talk to someone to see if your mail was returned to the post office and if they still have it there. So ANSWER YOUR DANG PHONE PEOPLE!! You expect me to answer mine!

We receive less than adequate service. Week before last I had to call because we did not have postal pickup or delivery and now again yesterday we did not receive service We are a business and we need our daily mail service. I do not feel we should have to take our mail to the post office or wait days for our mail delivery. This has been an on-going problem since I began here almost 2 years ago.
