PACKAGE NOT IN MY MAILBOX AS STATED IN YOUR DELIVERY NOTES

Problem: Some mail for us is being misdelivered. It’s an issue of CIRCLE vs LANE. Yesterday we received an envelope in our mailbox correctly addressed to us on CIRCLE. And yesterday 3 Mylar packages addressed to us were misdelivered to an address on LANE. Are these deliveries made by different drivers? Thankfully a neighbor brought these packages to us but he is clearly getting tired of doing so. The packages were extremely important, especially one that contained prescription drugs.

I submitted a change of address form, in person, when my mother passed away and her mail needed to be forwarded to me in another state. Two months have passed and I'm still not getting her mail as I should. When my real estate agent discovered a mailbox full of mail recently, I tried calling The Highlands Post Office at the number listed, but no one ever picks up. Terrible service! My deceased mother mailed a car insurance payment from this location that never made it and learned her policy was canceled due to nonpayment after having an accident.

This is the worst post office I have ever encountered. It’s been 6 weeks that I’ve waited on a new lock and key for my mailbox. They said 2-3 days. It’s been 2 weeks since I went down there and begged face to face since they won’t answer the phone. I have to spend another $50 on Uber to ask what happened again? They have a phone, they just have the ringer off and voicemail turned off. To me, this isn’t a legitimate business and I will do whatever it takes to find a new route that doesn’t include USPS. Just like Amazon and millions of Americans have already done. At this pace, we won’t see USPS around in a few years. Trickles down more every year. People have figured out that they are being scammed by these people and now we’re speaking up to say THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

I have had no mail either delivered or picked up for 4 days now. What is going on?

What is going on. I do not get my small packages delivered to me. Even though I have a tracking ID and it says delivered on this and this day when I am home and my front door is wide open.... my mail ends up at someone else’s front door. Same with my neighbor across the street from me. Now I can’t track anybody down to help me with this issue to report it. My items cost me a bundle of money and I know they where not stolen, they where just not delivered to the right address😡

I was just informed by my WORK if I needed to put a new address down because my mail is getting returned!!!! I still need to receive mail at this address and it is not up to you if I get mail there or not! DO NOT SEND MY MAIL BACK! Now I wonder how much mail I’m missing, or even checks In the mail because that’s how I get paid at another job of mine!!! WTH!

Same thing has been happening to me. I had to pay late fees on a few bills that were returned. I had been receiving them for months with no problem.

I am thoroughly disgusted with the delivery service these last few months. We seem to be getting different people delivering with no consistent delivery time. Lately, the mail has been delivered as late as 6:00 PM, while other days it would arrive at all hours of the afternoon. Yesterday, the mail and one package was delivered at 2:30 PM, but another package that was supposed to be delivered on that same day was not delivered. The tracking then showed it was delivered to my mailbox at 5:30 PM. I went out to check, and it was nowhere to be seen! Either the carrier delivered it to another address or lied about delivering it. I have no idea where the package is at this time.

I would receive mail in the late morning everyday until recently. Now it comes as late as 6pm, on a good day 3 or 4pm. WHATS going on!! Thanks Mr. T Melonis 3 Cambria Dr.

My carrier is very frequently delivering mail for other people to me. Just today someone brought me a package, for me, that was delivered to him. The carrier does not distinguish between Dr., Pl, or Rd.. This happens an average of twice a month. The package I got today was long overdue. Lucky my neighbor brought it to me rather than throw it in the trash....
