I did not receive a package that was scheduled for a 11/10 delivery. I waited for this package all day ! This morning I learn that is was attempted and now pick up at post office. Very frustrating. This is 4th package that hasnt been delivered or attempted. Please address.

Our office is Re/max Advantage located at 2964 Columbiana Rd. Vestavia, Al. 35216. We HAVE NOT received mail in over a week! When we received today there were several documents that were on a time frame! This is unacceptable. We have two rental companies in this office that are not rent on time.

you attempted to deliver a package on 12/12 according to tracking. States you left a note with a number on it, so I could pick up at local post office. I never received a note! What do I do?
