I would like to thank the Postal Service for their prompt attention to my complaint. They assured me that after investigating the matter, it was not their carriers. I was very pleased to hear that and will contact other deliverers because packages are still being left on the side of the road by the mail box. Thank you!

Yesterday a piece of mail was delivered to us that WAS NOT OURS and was not for anyone in our neighborhood. We Put the piece of mail back in our box and pull the flag up. Today the mail person put the flag down and shove the piece of mail back to the back of our box. This is not acceptable service

We live up on Walker Gap rd. Over and over again we have noticed that we don't get any mail. (NO BILLS, AWESOME)… However, I get a check every week on a certain day. It always comes when it's supposed to, well, except when no one bothers to come up here. I kept thinking that mail person was not coming up this way, why? Lazy, bored, sick, needs to get home? I tried to give excuses if it was that or I was possibly mistaken. So I paid attention. I was right, she would just turn around down the mountain. Then yesterday I put mail in to be taken, put the flag up, and the mail was still sitting there when we got home from work at 6 pm. Didn't get taken, an important couple of pieces of mail. My husband has gotten to the point that he just takes it and drops it off because we can't trust the person that does the mail here. I hate to complain, I'm certain she is a nice person and I may not understand the job completely so I hate to be hard on anyone. But we have to be able to count on the mailperson to come by our house, YEP, everyday. Please make sure this happens from now on.
