I have a complaint about our mail hadnt had any in 4 days 90 % of the time I get some thing in mail not even sales papers coming in . And as for packages they are going every where but here.Good thing I new the people down the road they called and they had my package yesterday . Its not first time sometimes people come and tell me they sent packages back that was to come to my address. I think we have 4 mail people that delivers our mail . I'm sick and tire of it .My son look on app. Said my cable bill was supposed to had been here Friday but I didn't receive it yet .Something needs to be down to this poor service. Very unhappy with postal service.

My husband has not received mail since January 2023. Has asked Al power company and utilities /water repeatedly has there been a change of address each time was told no. Went to post office talked with 3 different supervisors told each time there had been no change of address. Husband's identity was stolen. Nightmare after nightmare has occurred. This month, April asked water utilities worker again to check address was told yes address had been changed to Oklahoma City, Ok. Went back to post office told supervisor about Ok change of address and she said yes it had been changed. no explanation of why he was told it had not been changed so many times. He asked to speak to postmaster told he was not in. called post office later told he was not there, would have him call. Have not heard from him. What a surprise. What a poor excuse for customer service.

Mail Lady is the definition of Getto! Always on the phone talking LOUD as if she's at home (disrespectful in public for a Gov. worker)....if she gets off the phone maybe we can get the correct mail and not have to deliver to our neighbors 😒🙄. And she needs to STOP delivering packages after 10 pm

I am having many issues with package deliveries, our address has two different road names(for police jurisdictions).... Has been like this since before I was born 31 years ago. We have recently(the last few years) been having issues with a very lazy mail carrier for our route. We will have packages marked undeliverable amd returned to sender the same day instead of a second delivery attempt, yet our mail is left in the mailbox that day.... If the carrier is too lazy to pull in our driveway to leave our package at our house then they should fine a new job. Not all packages will fit in our mailbox. This has been an issue for a few years now and we have complained many times yet nothing is being done.

Mail delivery on Lee Rd 208 is terrible. My insurance almost got cancelled because I never received my bill that I was waiting on. I waited a week just like the informed delivery site said. That was a month ago and now I'm waiting on another bill from elsewhere and it's almost a week now and still haven't got it either. I don't understand why people want to get paid but don't want to work. I'm an easy-going person but I can understand why people go postal (excuse the pun) which is not how I handle things. I just wish we could get workers who have good work ethics and pride in themselves. When people are unconcerned about their jobs and are not doing them well it hurts an awful lot of other people.

First, the hours of operation are wrong. They close everyday for at least an hour!
Delivery service is sorry. I file complaints but nothing changes. I have mail that don’t get delivered and sometime is found by my neighbors in the roadway. Other are lost forever but in the app it shows it was supposed to be delivered!
The postage service needs to be shut down and run by someone other then government. People are tired of sorry service and higher prices. The line can be out the door waiting for service and only one person at the counter working. Typical government operated place.
Not a pleasant experience going to the post office.

I can’t wait for places like these to replace people with robots! At least they can be programmed to greet people and I’m sure can make you feel more welcomed and not like you are annoying them and waisting their time! Been going for almost 2 years and it seems like they hire the worse. A bunch of paycheck employees that need to get a pay adjustment 👎 Never again.

Mailing at magnolia Dr always be getting the wrong mail. Barely on time. And when we called to talk to supervisor got hung up ! Like they are not doing their job right. Don’t deserve their pay if they can’t read numbers right or let someone talk to the supervisor

I have to agree. The person in charge of the route is ALWAYS, giving out the wrong mail at the wrong address. And you never know if you are gonna get your mail or not. I thought the mail was sorted at your local post office before being distributed. Which should make it easier for carrier. But apparently the system They have is NOT WORKING.

Demetrius jones lost my package. And had the nerve to ask me to wait to go back to the office and get it. He came back smelling like liquor. I didn't know postal worker should be drinking liquor on the job? I do not want him on my routes.

I had a box put in my mailbox that I could not get out. If a postal worker has one big door that opens all the other boxes, puts a box in there that barely fits, and when you close the one big door to all the boxes, what do you think is going to happen. The tenant isn't able to get the box out. I think its pretty sorry that you have a postal worker on a route that is too lazy to put a slip in the box, and leave the box at the leasing office for the apartment complex. Whoever runs the Steeplecrest route on Riverchase Dr in Phenix City AL. Please give them some remedial on what too NOT do. Have a nice day.

This postal service SUCKS!! I’ve askwd and left letters in my box asking them to CLOSE AMY MAIL BOX DOOR! When it rains all my mail gets wet, then because it still wasn’t done I left another note and called, the mgr assured me that he would take care of it, I NOW RECEIVE NO MAIL!! Not the first bill or ANYTHING else for 2 months now!!! Sounds like a spiteful person to me! I am reporting this and have a picture of my box with the door left open and slap full of water! And since I can’t get them on the phone any longer I will be going down there with my picture of the mail box. IM SICK
OF THIS! I have things coming that I NEED. And just because someone was called out on NOT doing their job doesn’t give them the right to hold my mail!!!!! This is a government service!!!!! I’m going to take this as high as I have to go to get it resolved!! It’s a plastic mail box it makes a click when it’s closed it’s simple
