I have a package that displayed out for delivery on a Thursday. It wasn't delivered and tracking now says awaiting delivery scan. Monday still no delivery or change to tracking. I called, a man took the tracking and address information and asked to put me on hold, after 10 minutes the hold went off but call didn't end and no one ever came back on the line. I spent the next 10 minutes listening to conversations going on at the post office. To say I'm not surprised would be an understatement, these people need to do better! Of course now you can't get through, line has a busy signal.

Why is my my mail being delivered later and later every week. For delivery to go from 4pm to 7pm is outrageous. She might as well wait until the next day to deliver at a reasonable time. I'm over 60 years old and have never in my lifetime ever witness such poor delivery services by u.s. postal service.

I would like to complain about the black lady that works the window. She has the worst attitude when she actually has to work. I had several mail transactions, which really irritated her, after taking her time to come to the window after I had to ring the bell. This is the worst service I have ever received from a Post Office employee in the USA ever. 6/4/2021

Why was the mail not delivered on June 1st? I had medicine that was supposed to be delivered today. My package said out for delivery and I never received it. Thanks a lot. The mist useless people in all of mail carriers.

Did not receive a package marked as delivered. Shipper cannot do anything about resending or refunding since it shows delivered. Says package was handed to a person. I did get 2 small packages but the one that’s missing was large. Post office said they will search for it.

Terrible service! 3 different times I’ve had problems with packages thrown from the window into the yard. Now a delivery didn’t show up and was marked delivered. Amazon’s is investigating that now. I called this morning and was told to call back they were too busy to talk

the new mail delivery person for Hawksview drive leeds,al either deliveries our mail to the person 2 house before our address or delivers the person after our us in our mailbox. Some times they either leaves the flag up after delivering the mail, or leaves the box open. I think they could do a little better job. I hope you would tell them they need to do a better job.
