Mark, in Bulk Mailing, has always been the most helpful and patient worker I've worked with in Bulk Mailing. I have been doing bulk mail since I was fourteen years old and have worked with a lot of different folks and through a lot of changing ways of the postal service. I'm thankful there's a friendly face and helpful hand when I go now.

I came to this location (Governors Dr) about less than an 1 ago today and used a kiosk purchased book of printed forever stamp I had for months, actually had one last one left to mail out my bill payment. Gave it to rep on duty. She was only one working. Would not accept because it was the printed kind with a barcode. Would not scan it, or accept , she said it didn't look right & something is missing and turned me away. I already used a whole book of these and my letters were mailed okay. Someone in management need to train your office employees a lot better. This was a waste of time & fuel. She said my forever stamp had no value because she didn't see a price on it, however "forever" was on the stamp along with a barcode. Please Train USPS employees no manager was around to complain to.

My carrier is very polite organized and always willing to bring small packages to my door because I am partially disabled. She always has a friendly smile & hello.
