Is there a reason you all leave your phone off the hook during your entire operational hours?? I have called for 2 days straight at all hours trying to reach someone about a package that was supposedly delivered but has not shown up yet. Every time I always get a busy signal. Do you need more help? Are you hiring? I would be glad to answer the phone for your customers who are having issues such as mine. Thank God Toney post office at least answers the phone. At least she was able to give me helpful advice. I have a lost package and really need some suggestions from you all as to what may have happened to it since it was scanned in on a GPS device at my residence and is nowhere to be found. PLEASE HELP!

I don't know who delivers to my road. Which is between charity lane and the State line. But my mail better start arriving before 330 p.m. EVERYDAY. I don't want to go to my mailbox at dark. I don't want to get mail (that is not mine, even though I've written DOES NOT LIVE HERE and returned it) after you close. There may not be a law that states mail should arrive by a certain time. But I know I get bills more than 1 - 2 times a week. Sometimes y'all don't deliver my stuff for 3 days at a time. Then the darn thing is completely stuffed and full. That makes me have an awkward big pile of mail in my hands while I'm crossing a very busy two lane road wat dark. People fly down this road and could not see anyone in the road until it's too late. Since you're obviously lacking skill and motivation, (cuz I get the wrong persons mail anyway) then at least deliver the mail incorrectly AND ON TIME. I will report this obvious mishandling of United States postal service until it is corrected. I've been reporting the 1 or 2 times a week I get ALL the mail for the last 2 weeks at once. Hope you get fired and someone who can actually DO THE CORRECTLY steps up to take your place.
