I had went online a year ago and did a mail hold while on vacation, it went normal. So I set up mail hold for next vacation, got the confirmation number and email, but they just kept delivering mail while I was gone. I called the post office when I returned and the Postmaster there was very rude about it. I recently tried again for a trip last week to use the mail hold again and have all mail held delivered to me on 9/14. I haven't received any mail since I returned and it is now 9/16. I have called twice as there were some important financial documents in that mail. Someone needs to look at this facility and see that you need more than a diploma to work there. I am still waiting for documents from 9/7-9/14 just to pay bills. They are very unhelpful and sometimes rude for the most part at others. I was polite with the person, but would just like my mail.

the post master here is corrupt. She colluded with the postmaster at Boaz, Brian Blevins, to mess up my career. He convinced her to recommend me for a job just so that he could say that i was not acceptable for the job....this going on while i have more education than either of them...they are dumb hillbillies that are in charge of the mail.

I had a package shipped that went to a wrong address, so I called this post office as soon as I realized it. I left a note with an employee for him to give the carrier, I filled out & paid for a change of address. The package didn't get forwarded so I called on delivery day & was told it was delivered as addressed, the man checked the carrier's box, the forwarded box & the return box, it wasn't there. So I drove to the address where I was informed the carrier did NOT deliver it. Called the next morning & it was sent back that morning to sender. The employee mentioned that the note was still on the carrier's box. I am so appalled that a carrier would not only ignore 2 notes, but also a forwarding address. I don't know if this was laziness or rudeness, but it is not appreciated.

There is this a mail lady who delivers on Forest Ave NW in Fort Payne, AL who is extremely lazy. She is so lazy that she lied and acted like she attempted to deliver our packages but she was spotted zooming by our house on the "supposed" delivery days. Everyone is getting extremely tired of this attitude from our mail carriers. From now going forward I will not order ANYTHING if delivered by USPS. Once they get these government jobs they feel like they don't actually have to work.
