Daleville PO has a bad habit of not delivering packages to the right address. In the 7 day period between Aug 4 and Aug 11, two packages have gone missing. I do not see how this is an issue brought about by the virus or low manning. Looks more like an attempt to maybe steal mail. No one says anything, the theft goes un-noticed and the articles can be kept. If a com0laint comes, then there might be a scramble to find the missing package. 2 times in 7 days, that is at best negligence, at worst, theft, in my opinion. I know about the address identification test everyone gets so,"they're new" doesn't get it. An address is an address, how is that confusing? Daleville PO won't even answer their phone. Why is that? Virus, short handed, they never have answered the phone, so what else is new?Having my mail, today, put on my screen porch isn't helping. I am still missing a package from Amazon. Where is it?.
