The Metlakatla post office is not doing it's job. I haven't had a single piece of mail in two weeks. I ordered a package on 08-07. It has literally been sitting at this post office since 08-16. I tried to file a missing mail report. I was told that I was a heartless person because the only current employee had a tragedy in her family. I feel bad for her but the post office needs to do whatever they need to do in order to do their job. Send some help or hire a new person. Whatever. This is the very worst run Post Office that I've ever seen. It's always been terrific before now. The mail is going to continue to pile up. This is a catastrophe.
