I'm not sure what changed recently, but our mail service has become very unreliable. I'm on Canyon Drive. I keep getting other people's mail, and I'm always concerned about not getting my mail. My neighbor and I check in with each other on a regular basis, and we've delivered packages that belong to other folks. I really hope something can be done to fix this.

At 4:14 AM my security camera caught a USPS truck turning around on our newly seeded yard. I tried to call Mendenhall post office but they don’t answer the phone. There is a separate turn around spot at the end of the drive. While I appreciate the package delivery; he/she did not have to use the front lawn to turn around.

They never answer the phone. Does anyone really work there? Been trying for days to reach someone there. I recommend not using this post office what so ever

Joe is right, the voice-mail is set to indicate no one is present at the site; and if so, they will never answer. Typically abysmal government bureaucracy.
