I am waiting for an international package containing something I ordered from Ebay. It was shipped from India using their tracking system, then turned over to USPS. No USPS tracking number was assigned once it reached the US. Ebay's tracking shows it arrived in Juneau on July 14th, and that no one was available to sign when the delivery was attempted on the 15th. I was home all day so don't know how I could have missed it. An orange slip was left on the door. I tried to log onto USPS tracking, but the number on the slip started with 52 (I think). USPS tracking system says it isn't a valid number. I signed the slip and put in our mailbox per the directions before Monday's delivery. It has now been a full week and I've yet to receive the package. Ebay shows it is still out for delivery. I've called the Federal Station multiple times but don't get an answer or the option to leave a message. I've filed a missing package report but have had no luck with that in the past.

I tried calling the local number for the federal post office because I was told that the manager would call me back a week ago yet I have heard nothing. I would use the online tracking but that's the problem. Even the front desk clerk that took my information was confused. First two attempts to call they hung up on me after that they just let the phone ring. No local service/assistance is available 7nless you drive to the post office which many of us don't drive. Please add a customer service number locally that they actually pick up to help with these kinds of problems. BTW it a 1500.00 cashiers check as a wedding gift from my dad. Shows up as lost online but the front desk clerk at the federal building says it never was scanned in at the federal building. This has been going on since Oct 5th. Please help.

I would like to know what the delivery schedule is for our address 1109 5th St, Douglas, AK. Our mail wasn’t picked up today and it’s 6:23 pm. Do we not have service on Mondays anymore? Today’s Aug 3, 2020. Seems like the mail delivery/pickup can vary from 11 am to 6 pm.
