my package has been sitting in your post office since feb26 2023 waiting to be scaned, the tracking # is 9505513436823054501212, i was there on saturday 4/15 and was told that tracking # was not a good # please get that package to me, thank you

Something needs to be done about the mail service. I am constantly getting mail that is not addressed to me and does not have my address on it. I ran into the mailman one day I came home for lunch and I gave him all the mail that was not mine. Today. I GET A TEXT FROM MY God chld who said a card she sent was returned undeliverable. It had my correct name and address ! This is very disturbing and Something needs to be done. Are the employees trained??? I am going to the post office today and I am taking this further. I am wondering what other mail of mine has been returned to sender?

Of course no one answers the phone at the Spring Valley Post Office. I am officially filing a complaint regarding mail/package delivery. There have been several instances when I or my husband have found packages on the ground outside of our mailbox OR stuffed into the mailbox with the mailbox wide open! Thank goodness the packages were not stolen, however, they certainly could have been! Please correct this and contact me and advise corrective action at the email above.

Been trying to reach someone at Spring Valley Post office NO ONE answers phone. Automated service tells me package was attempted to be delivered twice. Impossible! We were here on Jan 3rd before 9AM no one came to deliver. tracking # 9405511202537568012011

Mr You g broke my mail box and then this new g Guy delivering mail at 440 viola rd throw all the mails on the floor mean time kids r picking up the mail and destroying them kindly have ur office speak to this delivery person

I am not sure why a phone number is listed on this site. No one EVER picks up the phone!!!

I tried to phone to inquire about an order i mailed in for stamps, but no one answered the phone. Order was mailed 12/10/18, for $73 worth of stamps.

I am very concerned with the mail delivery. I am getting other peoples mail and not receiving mine. I have been informed that we still do not have a regular mail carrier. This however does not excuse the fact that mail is not being put into the proper mailbox. This is causing major issues with getting important mail and paying bills on time. I would appreciate immediate attention to this matter, for myself and all in this complex. tis has been an ongoing problem since we lost our regular mail carrier.
