2/1-2/3/2021 No mail for 3 days. I understand Monday 2/1 major snow storm can even understand Tuesday to a degree. But why Wednesday? This is not acceptable to go 3 days without mail. I always get my neighbors mail on top of this. Get it together people.

This is absolutely the worst post office I have ever dealt with, and that is an understatement ! Everyone is disorganized, and unprofessional. This office lost my package and couldn't give me an answer.

I regularly deal with post offices all over the country and Rockville Centre is hands down the worst. The are notorious for bringing mail to the wrong address and when you call the office the phones and ask for help they immediately put you on hold for over 5 minutes. When they finally get around to speaking to someone they pay you with lip service. I honestly believe that they are a detriment to the local economy.

I paid for a Priority Mail Delivery Monday Jan 29, 2018 and the package still has not been delivered as of today, February 5, 2018. My home office blames Rockville Centre for re-routing the package from its destination. Rockville Center says whoever coded the box made a mistake. Except for one young man who THOUGHT TO LOOK AT THE ADDRESS ON THE LABEL instead of relying on an obviously flawed barcode, the package would be looping until eternity. I understand the Post Office budget has been cut and they may be short workers, but I haven't seen any ads saying they may have problems with delivery because of it. I am very disappointed and angry and will petition for a refund of the fee I paid, which will in no way compensate for my daughter's loss of $350.00 because she did not receive the important documents she needed due to this unnecessary fiasco.

I have had a P.O. box in Rockville Centre post office for over 10 years. Sometimes I don’t get there to renew before I xpirationbut I never had a problem with getting back that box that day. I’m his time they were “ too busy” to unlock the box. There was no line. They insisted I return. Being a working person it is not easy getting got this PO during their limited hours. I got the impression they just didn’t feel loved me it. Really disgraceful.

25 Lenox Rd I have left notes to the mail carrier and have contacted the head postmaster, over 6 months ago, regarding the rubber bands that are left on the ground after mail delivery. Can this be addressed. Please respond and if you need to contact me verbally you can email a name and contact number.
