watch for mail fraud on 116th and metropolitan ave in kew gardens missing mail w/checks had to pt stop payment on the checks cost me $60 dollars and no one takes responsibilty. I did report . US postal office their phone :917 621 9400

The mail carriers from this post office suck our mail is either thrown on the floor left on the step or in the laundry mat its unbelievable I've been to this post office various times complain about their service and nothing gets done.

This post office service really is bad.The employees are rude.Mail are being delivered very late,way past five PM when post office closes at 5,and sometimes no mail until next day.Packages are being thrown from their vehicles to steps!Its a hit or miss situation.Sometimes items in packages are broken.They need to find people who wants to do the job and properly.Dedicated people not people who just wants a paycheck.Mail from two streets away winds up at my address and they won’t even pick it for redelivery.Can’t these people read???

i just know why the went there. its coming for brooklyn. i live in staten island, it said that it was coming here today. i dont why these usps are mess up on the mail.

Very poor customer service an employee signed for my package went 4 times to collect it and the front keep saying they have never received it. Very bad customer service. I even got the employees name I will report this if I do not receive my package.

They do not leave packages and do not leave notices. Poor customer service snd poor management.

I keep calling that p.o number and it's busy all day.I need to speak to a human.

Two times in 3 weeks package from Europe was not delivered home.
First time there was no information the package is in the post office at Richmond Hill.
Have to get all the info from the internet.
I'm home 24/7 with severe disabilities.
Second time ( Saturday JUly 12) postman left the notice because "No Authorized Recipient Available" .
The only problem, I was on the front porch all day long......waiting for that guy.
I visit USPS office Monday July 14 with no success, package was taken by the postman for second delivery.
Is 3:09 PM already, postman was here tree hours ago, I got the letters, no package, no notice.
The phone of Richmond Hill USPS office is busy all the time from 11:40 AM ( I'm using computer to make calls , and my computer is calling every 15 second). to 3:16 PM.
WHAT A MESS !
How you can trust USPS if Postman is a layer ??!!
