Horrible Post Office. My mother (83) hasn't recieved her mail in 5 weeks. The carrier leaves a card with illegible writing that provides no information. My mother and I have been calling the # for Pomona Post office for 3 weeks during business hours. 56 calls. The phone just rings - no pick up ever. I've gone to the Post office twice recently to resolve and left hand written notes with the person at the desk with my phone #. Its 5 days later. No call back. No mail. Urgent medications are being delayed. Bills are not being recieved along with important documents. NOBODY HAS BEEN ABLE TO CORRECT THIS SITUATION and its URGENT. This is BY FAR the worst experience and WORST Post office in New York State.

BY FAR THE WORST POST OFFICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Front receptionist is beyond rude and doesn’t not try to help anyone. Her answer for everything is to “ just wait”. I have had 5 pieces of mail that have been tracked to me not delivered. All items were properly sent and received by the post office and then they have disappeared. Vehicle registrations, bank cards and some other less important items. I have had to pay to have them resent because the post office had no answer for me. I waited 2 months to give the benefit of the doubt only to be told I haven’t waited Long enough. The frequency of mail from neighbors ending on my doorstep is alarming. The mailman does not visit our building gonna daily basis. For insurance there are letters waiting to be sent out since 9am, the post office truck was on the block but he NEVER ENTERED THE BUILDING OR PICKED UP THE MAIL. This is NOT the first time. I’m not sure where else to turn for resolution. This is a government service, the lack of reliability of this service is well below par.

Do I leave my outgoing mail in the box for the postal carrier to take, or do I just take it to the post office myself? I do not understand what to do about this anymore......

We live at 4 Tara Drive in Pomona. Every day we receive letters for 6 Tara and 8 Tara it’s ok if this happens occasionally but it’s become an everyday occurrence!
