Worst post office ever, pay next day delivery with Amazon and Pine Bush post office lists out for delivery at 7:35 am and then at 2:53 pm it lists had and exception and not deliverable. They do this all the time, post out for delivery and then lie that it was not deliverable and blame you when they had no intention of delivering it that day.

This post office is the worst. They have ever excuse not to deliver a package to my home. Just lazy, terrible customer service. There should be a 0 starts

I would like to know why my pkgs that were in my mailbox for return were not taken by the mailman. And could you please them to put the mail in the right boxes I'm tired of having my mail in my neighbor's box or there's in mine it ridiculous It's just laziness. I would like my pkgs brought to my porch and not stuffed in the box. So I would like an answer as to why those pkgs weren't taken. Thank You Sandra Slane My address is 125 rte 209 apt 2 Port Jervis Ny 12771

Can you for the 100 time NOT PUT MY mail for 15 ROXANNE LN in any other box ... why does the mailman do that? Stop doing it. YOU get paid to do a job... at least do it right . I have a heart condition and the clock doesn’t revolve around you. THE NEXT TIME HE DOES IT I’m REPORTING it to higher up at Westchester . So, tell that GUY to put the mail in he right BOX NUMBERS when he delivers on RT 52 to Cragsmoor route. Do his JOB or retire.

Does the man that delivers mail on RT 52 in PINE BUSH NY know the difference between address or does he just shove it in any mail box on his route when it close by? I’m so sick of my neighbors getting my mail in their mail box , and when I get it ... mine has been OPEN ... who do I call ..... and complain too.

Abusive. Lazy. Half the town can't get mail delivered. Excuse after excuse for any request. Blame everyone except themselves. Missing packages. Destroyed mail and packages. It's beyond all comprehension.

So today my mail person stuffed my package in my mailbox and I couldn't get it out. It's a Saturday 4:45 pm. No one is at the post office. GRRRRRRR. My front door is less than 10 yards away from my mailbox. Come on. Pull in the driveway and put in on my porch. We were home, he could have even pull in and blown the horn. This has not been our first or second issue.

I went to pick up my package today and handed the slip to the postal person and she brings me an empty package! thats right the product I bought was gone! she shows it to me empty and says this is the way it came in.. so I am to believe that a carrier and a truck carried this empty envelope all the way to pine bush post office empty, she shows me the package and the tape was pulled off the top and the contents are gone. she says to me it was too heavy and fell out of the package only a few problems, the tape was missing and it would have fallen out of the side and not the top where it was so cleanly open.. ps they left the news paper in the pkg so I refused it and called the shipper he told me exactly how it was shiopped and wrapped and what paperwork should have been in the package was also gone.... 75.00 gone!
