Moved to a new complex. I have had missing packages TWICE and a new credit card was placed in someone else's box who was kind enough to knock on my door and hand it to me. Postperson for La Bonne Vie is HORRIBLE.

Why cant the delivery people learn to read..yesterday i got mail for roe blvd..and my package they said was delivered..not here..hello do u know the difference between road and ave.???

Lisa at the Patchogue post office is amazing!!! Answering the phone at 6AM and assisting me in tracking multiple packages headed to my old address. She took the time to look up tracking numbers (about 30 numbers long) trying to intercept the deliveries. I’ve dealt with her 3 times regarding this issue and she is patient and helpful!!! Thank you Lisa and have a great holiday!!!
