The good- they gave me the product I needed to pick up The bad- there’s this strange attitude in usps locations (Mexico branch included) it’s like their lacking customer service soft skills. The people seem to be really good at process’s but it’s almost like they have no formal customer service training. I think it’s more of a USPS cultural issue than anything because I see it at almost every branch. For example: no friendly greeting when I walked in, when I didn’t understand what she was asking me (I took a few seconds to try to comprehend the question) she awkwardly raised her voice “sir” and repeated the question with a condescending tone, no goodbye or thank you for using usps. Again it’s just soft skills. Remember who you’re serving! (Local community)
