Postal Locations

This post office is unbelievable. They cannot drive down a driveway to deliver a package because they are too lazy to get out of a vehicle to walk down a walkway to set a package on a porch. They automatically will put sorry we missed you and mark it undeliverable even though you are sitting home waiting for your package to arrive. Too many times I have had to speak to the post office worker to ask why they didn’t deliver but then I get attitude saying “ we are not contractually obligated to deliver your package to the door if it doesn’t fit in the mailbox”. WHAT??? Are you not a post office that delivers mail? This office in Mayfield, NY is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with!!! Sincerely, Unhappy Customer

Mayfield NY Post Office is great. The people who work there are so nice and friendly. They go out of their way to be accommodating. Amy and Paul are the best.

Why wont my LAZY postman drive up my driveway when there is a letter that needs to be signed for? 3 times now he's left notes in my mailbox at the road that he attempted to deliver, but I was here all 3 times and he NEVER came up my driveway. Lazy ass!
