Postal Locations

Addition of a stamp machine at this location would be great.

Had a virtual possible life or death event today where the USPS lied about trying to deliver a life saving delivery which was guaranteed by Amazon for delivery. The postal worker who said they were unable to deliver my package LIED as Ieas home all day expectantly awaiting my package. The postal worker never alerted me via my intercom nor did they try any other possible alternatives. As I have stated before, this was a potentially life or death situation and the response I experienced with the representative via telephone was unacceptable. I truly hope the conversation was recorded as it will be painfully apparent that there was a no interest in assisting my needs.

Was at this post office earlier and got two issues. first one is the indian guy us not wearing his mask properly while helping the costumer, second is the line is terrible. second, theres only cashier and there are 10 people on line!!! Some employees are rude too.

I haven’t gotten mail in 2days I’m expecting a check t bank said it should have been here by the 4th my address is 175 west broadway apt 6b Long Beach ny 11561 I have had this problem before please look into it

Big problem lately! Our mail including some packages and things needing immediately attention have sometimes had to be hunted down.! Today some mail was next door, where no one is living at the present time, with mail from last week, some in our tenant's box and one of my orders and additional mail after I checked hours later "miracluously appeared in my tenants box..Is our regular carrier away? He does a good job, but things lately are a mess

The Long Beach Post Office postal workers use the 10 minute parking for their own use when this is for customers. I have complained several times but Supervisor says "I cannot control" REALLY how inconsiderate for our post office. I am at the Post Office every day and cannot pull in to park for 10 minutes or less because of this. Needs to be corrected.
