I have not been getting all my mail since regular mailman retired. Toll bill never received, therefore got late charge, car registration never received , nieces wedding Photo & who knows what else. I want to know where my mail is going! This is new e mail. Address is 811 Beach St

Once again NO SOUTHBAY PAPER TODAY. WEDNESDAY IS SUPPOSEDLY DELIVERY DAY??? A NEIGHBOR FROM NEXT BLOCK BROUGHT US MAIL THAT WAS OURS DELIVERED TO THEM! TWICE IN LAST WEEK WE WERE DELIVERED OTHER PEOPLES MAIL!! SO SORRY OUR GREAT MAILMAN RETIRED!!

I live in Lindenhurst on Broome Ave, the new mail person on my route is not putting the right mail into the right mailboxes and is also throwing mail under bushes on properties. This is a Federal Crime even if its a mail carrier. Where is our original mail lady she never fails us.

I have called here a number of times for different things, including an extension of hold mail service, and they have been awesome. They pick up phone quickly and do what is requested. I call first thing in the morning, no issues.

Been on hold for an hour and half. Supposedly packaged delivered thru Lindenhurst but was never received... you are in a service business. Omg this is such a waste of time. 940010920609438272. Tracking number.

Is it so hard to actually put the mail IN THE BOX?? Or is it just easier to leave it hanging half way out so it is SOAKED !! I want a NEW magazine that actually has a non disinegrated cover and first seven pages to read. Leave six bucks in my mailbox and I'll go back to buying it at a newsstand. And from now on I'm tossing the stuff you put in there that ISN'T mine THANKS!

Great Post Office, I've been going to the Lindenhurst Post Office for years, and I've Always had a Pleasant experience, the people behind the front desk are Always Friendly, Congenial and Know their Stuff. The Lines at times can be long, but that happens in Banks. Always a Good Experience at this Post office Keep up the Fine Work Lindy PO

ON JULY FIRST I MAILED 2 BIRTHDAY CARDS TO 2 SEPARATE LOCATIONS W.BABYLON & LAS VEGAS FROM LINDENHURST POST OFFICE WITH 3 CKS ENCLOSED. THEY WERE NEVER RECEIVED IN EITHER LOCATION. ONE CK. WAS CASHED ON 7/11 FROM UNKNOWN PERSON.THERE WILL BE AN INVESTIGATION AS TO WHAT POSTAL EMPLOYEE STOLE CKS.

worst service ever!!!Everytime my regular carrier is out I either don't get a mail delivery or it comes at 8:00 at night. Today is second time in 2 weeks I have no mail delivery. Someone shouild be reported.

Worst post office ever, they don't accept appointments for passports , third Saturday in a row waiting for 1 hour to tell me they not taking more people but mean while their hours says 11:30 am is the last application they take and by 10:50 am they stop taking people

All my life I have worked very hard to have a great credit record, since moving to Lindenhurst my mail delivery has been awful I have been calls from my utilities and other credit accounts that I am late on payments. This is very disturbing to me as I always pay o time every month. Last month I did not receive my Verizon bill and this month I received last months National Grid the Feb ad March bills together. I called both companies and explained and they confirmed both bills went out on time. I am very upset about this and I am prepared to escalate this to the highest authorities if this is not fixed

I did not receive a red light ticket in mail - but got one a few weeks later with a late fee. Mailman never delivered original letter according to red light ticket bureau therefore post office should be responsible for paying late fees.
