I sent an overnight package to an address whicch tracking states it was delivered but the recipient never received it. I tried to call the Larchmont main post office before they closed but no one answered. It is highly important this package is found due to important documents. Please reach out to [number removed] or by email. I need this package tracked!

I know the Larchmont post office is well awawre many of us are having problems getting mail - we on Kenmare Road haven't received mail since the day before the snowstorm. When I spoke to someone at the Larchmont post office, I was told only two carriers have been showing up to work and they can't deliver all the mail. I appreciate the explanation and local post offices probably have little control over hiring or firing, but is there no system to hire substiute workers? I think most of us find it astonishing that the answer to this problem seems to be a shrug. I think someone from the local, regional or state USPS should hold a meeting in our area to explain how this is happening, if this is an extraordinary time for some reason, or because of budget cuts, we can expect much more of these mail delivery failures in the future?

I live on Eton Road in LARCHMONT. EVERY SINGLE HOMEOWNER ON ETON ROAD WOULD IKE TO REQUEST A DIFFERENT POSTMAN SO THAT WE CAN GET OUR MAIL 6 DAYS A WEEK, AND PACKAGES IN TIME. HOW SHOULD WE PROCEED?
