I dealt with a real waste of money for the us taxpayers she is named Melanie the postmaster of glen cove post office. hat and entitled waste of money does nothing all day except yell at customers and not direct people to de their jobs. !!!! of course cause she does not do her job either all day the phone ring she never answers it !!! sits on her cell phone speaking to family instead of run a post office and do her job thta the us taxpayers pay her to do. a real shame you are supposed to lead by example !!! And the audacuty to yell at an elderly customer and claim that she doesnt want to do her job causew it will take too long and to direct the cutstomer to another post office inexcusable!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I followed my GPS to this post office and it sent me to a lumber store....the lumber store clerk sent me to cross the big main street and pass the stoplight, which I did, but still found no post office, and I stopped at a gas station, and the person there sent me in yet ANOTHER direction -- this post office is quite hard to find! So: Anyone have a good explanation of where this post office is exactly that you could share with me to let me know exactly where it actually is? I mean, I have the address, but directions with landmarks, or a description of the building -- anything would help -- thanks!

Our postal delivery service is very erratic. Mail is delivered anywhere between 12:00 noon and 8:00 PM. Over the last two weeks there have been days when we haven't received mail.

So disappointed, I called to request to hold a package at the front desk for me, I was told by the manager NO, because it's too much work. Wow!

Hi, How is it that letters I brought to the 11542 Post Office before 3pm to be delivered in 11542 did not arrive the next day? It's within the same zip code. Is there a cutoff time for next day mail delivery within the same zip code? Thanks in advance for your response.

Package put in wrong box or substitute stole it and marked delivered

They said they delivered my package, it isnt here, no where to be seen

As an individual I can not put in for a change of address because the hospital released me to a business (A motel). I now have a more permanant address but an individual can not move from a business address. Your form does not let you, they can not do it in person even with ID. So the counter person says "Hey" just call everybody and let them know. That is BS. Doctors, hospitals, insurance co, banks get the point.

The mail was not delivered on Thursday Jan 31,2013 on Flower Lane Glen Cove, NY 11542. The whole block did not get their mail!!
