Mailman was at entrance and then decided that he would not deliver a package. Excuse was no access which is absolute BS. A inch of snow on the driveway and markers all the way plus it is a drive through driveway with entrance and exit. Absolute BS laziness om whoever was driving that truck.

I understand that our box was locked due to an unpaid bill. I understand that you couldn't give me my mail. All I asked was for a note I simple note stating that our box was locked with a name and number to call. You told me no, you told me we don't do that. So I can't turn in the foodstamp paperwork to feed my family, I can't get my school paperwork to finish my stuff for college. I couldn't get my bills to pay. All I needed was a statement proving I couldn't get my mail , so my life wasn't completely screwed. You told me I was giving you a hard time and walked away from me. Do you know what it's like to stand crying in a post office with an 18 month old because you're too broke to get your mail, which you need so you can get food and go to school so you can do better for your family. You made me feel like the lowest piece of shit. You made me feel like a terrible person because I just wanted you to write a note. You told me I had to wait for the post master , so stood there I was crying because I already felt shame and because you were yelling at me as if I was being unruly and crazy . I apologized a million times I was super nice I kept telling you I understand you can't give me my mail. You reply with its not your problem, you've paid the bill. IT'S NOT EVEN MY BILL! and ALL I WANTED WAS A NOTE STATING IT WAS LOCKED DUE TO AN UNPAID BILL WITH A SIGNATURE AND A PHONE NUMBER SO MY LIFE DIDN'T GET COMPLETELY SCREWED! To too it off while I was waiting , you went to that back grab some of my mail and then threw it at me. You didn't hand it to me , you threw at me so I had to pick it all up and then said this will never happen again. Thank you for making me feel so awful for something I had no control over. Thank you for having no understanding or sympathy. Thank for being a down right female dog. If I ever treated a person at my job they way you did to me regardless of if they had money or not I would've been fired. I could never be so mean to a person having such a terrible time in life though. I wish I could avoid you , but I'll be seeing you every day .

Hi, I just went online to find the cut-off for delivery for Christmas packages and saw your note from a year ago. That's awful what you went through - I feel so bad for you. I wish I was there when it happened so you would have had a friend to stand with you. I hope that things worked out ok for you, and that this year has brought some good changes and that 2019 is better yet. Peace and blessings to you.
