I had a package shipped from qvc in Lancaster,pa. and never received it all i received was the shipping label tracking # 9261 2909 9008 5557 3051 2743 84 it was a reversible buffalo bills vest i received a e-mail i responded but have not heard anything since its been at least 3 weeks can someone please respond with a solution

I had a large parcel shipped (air) To my address in New Zealand it cost me over $150USD and it never arrived. Can someone tell me how I can ,are a complaint please?

For some reason, this post office is a black hole. I have friends in Germany who mail packages each year to the US. Everyone receives them in 2 to 3 weeks. Mine are late or never arrive.

Thank you Suzanne. The US post said they found nothing for me. I want to carry on looking for my parcel it's precious but has been over a year ago now. Is there a complaint place or a enquiry from the police or something I can have this post office followed up? Thanks Alison
