I understand that because the weather and the snow on my sidewalk haven't been cleaned I didn't receive my mail, but today the snow is melted, and still didn't receive my letters. I had been sick and the person that suppose to clean the snow didn't show up. My husband passed and I need to receive a lot of important correspondence. I believe my mail is in the Post Office. I appreciate it someone please, deliver my letters. Today we have a beautiful day and the snow is gone. Godia Walter

On a recent trip to your post office the man who is behind the counter told me my eBay package was over by 4ounces. I got the package back after he mailed it. Im writing today because I went to Lynbrook post office and a nice women behind the counter told me all he had to do was "counter balance" the package and add the postage. The man in Cedarhurst did not even suggest that he told me I had to make a new label. He pretends he is looking out for the post office-if that were true he would have added the postage and gotten the money.Doug was a nice, knowledgeable man who has since retire from Cedarhurst, the other man is just a spiteful person who wants to pay the customers back for his unhappiness. It is very evident when you go in to the post office. He's very happy to misinform the customers. Thanks
