Bedford Hills PO - I picked up my mail today - 3 week total. There was a lot of mail for other PO boxes - checks, bills etc. When I went through my own mail, there was mail from October (!), which means that it had been sitting in someone else's PO Box, or just dumped somewhere. Some of it was important mail. They really need to get their act together sorting the mail.

this post office is HORRIBLE....the emloyees are always nasty and abrupt. When packages are missing, (and that is quite often) no one ever answers the phone. packages are left at the mailbox when it is raining. Mail that is put into the mailbox to be mailed NEVER gets to the recipient. I have been bringing my outgoing mail to the mt.kisco branch. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!
