Postal Locations

We are home everyday. I am disabled and my husband retired. Yet the carrier does NOT check to see if we are home. Today, my husband was in yard and carrier still put a slip in mailbox “sorry we missed you”. What is wrong with this person? We ARE HOME! How can this be fixed?

I have a simple observation regarding a letter addressed to Montgomery County Civil Service which had to be postmarked by today. The letter had to have todays' postmark date stamped on it to show it was mailed today as part of the civil service requirement. I guess the window clerk believed my request would take more effort than he was willing to give as he laid the letter down on the counter and stated "I'll get to it." There's two things I have to state: 1) I'll never return to the downtown Amsterdam post office, and 2) If my letter is accepted I will file a complaint against the window clerk regarding his (who do you think you are?) attitude! It takes a million people to lift and help built a culture and only one who's unambitious to tear it down in 30 seconds.

Drat ! Missed Sat hours by 20 minutes. Monday's the holiday. Looking for a lost book from Amazon that says it was delivered Thurs. Now it will Tues before I can ask the a message be left for the carrier to find out if he remembers exactly where it was delivered. I know errors do sometimes happen with Apt #'s Wish the PO could have longer hours

Yesterday l went to the post officer to give a complie above my letter what l din' t riserve very well, and never l ricebi the help what l need and l no my Inglish is no very well but they can andersten me it's was in Amsterdam NY 12010 and is not the firs time and l pay whict the seme mony and is not just , and these situation is pasing because l' m Spanish but we have the same color of blood and we was crede for the same God , l not like give a complie but is too much because is pasing other time in this tawn , God Bless and if they need to spaek with me in here l seding my phone number 518 866 4078 and l preshere and thanks and hace a good day , and l holp they adersten my coment .
