I thought everyone should know these times are not correct. Window Service closes at 4:30 But Lobby hours (PO Box availability) remain open until 5:15.

I needed to mail Christmas packages, I checked your website and saw that you are open til 5pm. I left work early to arrive at 4:30, not knowing if it would be a busy time for the season. I could see staff person at desk, took my 3 packages from the car, and went into the lobby to find the second door locked and the person no longer at the desk. Thinking they were coming back, I waited and knocked intermittently, than yelled hello, thinking maybe they did not hear the knock, although I could hear someone in the back moving around. After 10 minutes, she yelled out " were closed" Iredponded, the website listed 5p to which she responded it has been 4:30 for four months now. I replied , your site says 5 and I left work early to get here. "We're closed" was the response. I can't tell you how disheartening this was! This is a small community post office with no effort made for customer service, and during the holiday season. When I returned to my car, she had already returned to the front desk. It may have taken her all of 5 minutes to take my packages,. Very rude treatment, inconsiderate considering the hours posted online. You definitely need some customer service training there!
