Ordered from Amazon. Delivery set for today. Watching the tracking, everything seemed fine. Then this afternoon, it was updated saying that they were transferred to another vehicle for delivery, out for delivery, then 20 minutes later, "Customer has requested the shipment to be held for collection. Please collect your package once available for pick-up." We only have one vehicle at the moment. We cannot get to the post office to pick up these packages during their hours. That is why I ordered them to be delivered to my home. This is extremely inconvenient. I paid for delivery to my home. I should not have to drive to the next town (40 minutes total) to get these two packages on top of dealing with trying to figure out when to get them! Frustrating, Ridiculous, Annoying to say the least..........

My postal person drove by my house twice today with 2 small pkg scanned for delivery on her truck. She didn't stop at mailbox so I went out to meet her. She turned around up the street which is end of her route. I was beside the road waiting for her and she drove right past me. Drove about 200 ft stopped where there are no houses then continued on her way. I received notice 10 min later that pkgs held at P.O per customer request. No mail next couple days for holiday and now not getting pkgs kills my weekend. I did not request anything but delivery.

I am glad to know I am not the only one that is having major problems getting my mail I pay for shipping for a reason if I didn’t want my package delivered I would just go to the store and not pay that extra with all these bad reviews I’m really surprised that nothing is being done about it

They have been unable to deliver a single item to your house. Which is right across the street from another house they deliver every day. Its been 2 months, and every package has been lost...they are unresponsive, i have called, gone down to the office, given a description of the house....this is insane.

Delivery had been horrific the past 6 months. I am constantly getting notifications from Amazon about no access to driveway or inabality to drop package. Other vendors deliveries being delayed 1-2days for no reason. Someone is always home and my cameras never show an attempted delivery. They are just claiming they can't deliver when not even trying.

They are horrific. I pay to gave packages delivered because I have been sick and not driving and now I can't get the packages I need because I am not driving g and my husband works and cannot get to the post to get the packages. I will be reporting this to Amazon and I won't be using them anymore!

First they don't deliver my mail for a week because they have someone filling in and they where confused . My mailbox has my name and street number on it. Now they did not deliver a package on the day they said on there website. The winchester nh post office should have new people put in place that cares about what they are getting payed to do. This is not the first winter that this has been a problem.
